Carter possibly far from ideal as a teammate last season himself. Seemed mostly just from a personal professional standpoint however. Stud talent…no leader.

Barkley finished with 41 negative runs last season, second-most among all NFL running backs

Yet Siri stuck with him all season. How can this be statistical fact and Hurts have not been relied on mostly in bad down and distance situations?

What more would padding stats have accomplished in the regular season? I’m asking for 1,000 time.

Still dodging I see. SO which is it, did you want us to play that game or rest the starters? make up your mind it can't be both. I didn't care about "stat padding" as you claim, now answer the question what would the 2 seed have accomplished and stop paying dodge 'em

Remember the bashing on Miles Sanders? Main sticking point Siri forced him to accomplish was North and South. Don’t dance and take negative plays looking to bust the big play.

I expected us to win that game without always relying on Hurts.

This past season came down to two teams to beat. Seachickens and Broncos. Nix getting injured took the Broncos out of it. You keep underestimating being healthy at the end. I really don’t care about style points. Hurts was healthy ready to go for a real repeat attempt.

In order to play those games we would have had to play the game for the 2 seed, once again talking out both sides of your ass, which is it play that game or rest the starters ANSWER IT

Look whatever 3seed. But Hurts did the work setting us up for the easy two seed.

But here is the key of how the Niners got us. Shannahan brilliant O genius combined with plenty of experience facing Fangio. He got them a couple of key plays. All the Niners were ever even capable of putting up against our D. Shannahan maxed them out. Still should have easily been not nearly enough.

LMAO

2 or 3….point being nothing else to have accomplished in the regular season by running and getting beat up.

All obvious sabotage by AJ to get his trade to the Pats been rumored for over a year now. Hurts is the one did Rosie job he was flailing at accomplishing for him by bringing in AJ.

Do you not appreciate Fangio?

What does Fangio have to do with lack of production from QB1?

Rest Hurts and win. But Niners weren’t any real threat. Should have won that game. But Packers and the two seed was what I was all about being our path to get it done this past season.

Allen throws two TDs when it gives the time his opponent needs as the only chance for them to come back. Pads stats with the best of them.

At least he doesn't quit on his team

Allen exactly Fl type player. Exactly what Hurts is redefining as greatness.

You still never anwered that one either. How is hurts 'redefining greatness"???? STILL waiting(as usual for answers)

World of difference! So why wouldn’t there be any expectation for top O coach the same?

What will you do next year when Fangio retires?

Dickerson and Cam were completely busted! Steen good season having not played. Lane couldn’t come back.

Which proves Hurts can't play without 100% perfection around him,you just proved it yourself

Why wouldn’t Hurts factor in to that equation? Brutal play for him every time. Easiest version he gets piled on by the largest men on the planet. Has them ripping at him and who even knows all what in those NFL dirty pile.

Hurts gave up his run game,so with a weaker O line he didn't step up at all,he QUIT

Instead he glory chases instead of focused on being a champion. Huge props on his wife…I do really like her.

Just providing an Eagles history lesson here. What all lead up to limiting Hurts exposure to hits in the 2025 regular season.  Makes plenty of sense. Lined up for the two seed. Team had everything needed enough for the regular season.

So if you wanted the 2 seed we would have had to play the starters????? You want it both ways make up your mind

Hurts never quit anything. Leads our team through dedication and focus on being champions.

This also obviously applies to our passing game as well

So "it was the weather",yet Hurts gave up the run game. So with the passing game affected and Hurts not running what is left??? You have no passing or running game and Hurts didnt stand up he folded like a cheap lawn chair

I’m consistent. I’ve pointed out as far as Hurts regular season was concerned: 2 seed. All was accomplished. Priorities not regular season or stat padding for personal fame and glory. Hurts redefining greatness by accepting less personal stat glory for team benefit. All so fans like you get that to bash him with. It’s actually an unbelievable strength! Strong character focused on Eagles Championship
