I'll make this simple. I spend millions of dollars of MY money to buy a team. I will choose the name(or keep it the same which is also MY choice). I will choose the colors,I will choose the logo because it's MY TEAM. Those 3 things will follow me around as long as I own the team. If you are "offended" then DON'T buy tickets. It's really quite simple and I could care less if you were "offended" or not. Go after the Gamecocks. You have a new goal now. Maybe suggest alternatives when you write to them.Let us know what they say. Brazil's opinion doesn't matter to me either. It's MY TEAM and I need permission from NO ONE. Go after ND also because "fighting Irish"  must be offensive as it promotes violence. We are the Eagles,our colors are green. They have always been green. END of story. I believe the 35 mil per year salary part has been set and known for a long time. The 110 mil guaranteed I’d think has been the negotiating point.

I think Ham's point of " it's a business "  was referring to the customer.   As an owner...it's good business to try to make everyone happy.

My 2 cents.

1.  Not worried about the QBs in OTAs... it's not real football. 

2.  The easy solution to me for Washington was always just to change their name to " Skins" ..middle of the road solution and that's what everyone calls them anyway.  

3.  The " green" ban in the stadium in Brazil.   Again...I'll ask this obvious question.  What color does their rival team where when they play inside that stadium?  Obviously they wear green.  I don't think the ban is for the players.   I think the issue will be for everyone in the stands etc.  It's more of an ironic situation.  Of course the certain poster on here ...well, I'll leave that alone.  

Idk... if the rival soccer team can't wear their colors...do they play in their underwear?    Why isn't this obvious, even from the left field bleachers?

Point taken,however whatever decisions are made are the owners not WOKE fans who tell the team what they HAVE to do. Maybe I play this game and tell the NFL "never again until they drop the green ban" This is our team,green is our color and I don't need international approval to wear green on an AMERICAN sports team. I expect to stand for the Brazillian anthem even if they don't play the US anthem. It's about respect,not being told how we operate our team. Those are Luries calls to make,but banning a color is beyond immature as 2 nations in a "business contract". if this was not stipulated in said contract both teams should refuse to play and play in a more "color friendly" venue. I imagine since green is banned the field will be blue? Or red? or brown? pink? Maybe this seems trivial to you,that's fine,but somewhere,sometime someday someone needs to stand against the virtual crybabies. The 1 or 2% that force garbage on everyone else.
