That’s why I ask are we above or below the Packers? And so on. Seems like you feel much stronger about our teams roster. Do you believe we have assembled the most talented team? I’m leaning pretty closely to that big media ranking. A 10 win team…was thinking slightly higher than 11th maybe.

A 10 win team…was thinking slightly higher than 11th maybe. Well,I'm shooting for 12 wins. If Hurts steps up see no reason we can't do that. Plus we have the STUD RB we lacked for many years with 2 of the top WR's and now a slot option we didn;t have before. AND if the new coaches can avoid misusing Goedert he should also have a stellar year

Well it’s more talking about ranking each team’s roster and coaching league wide in comparison. I just asked you what your opinion was. Those two teams I believe remembering were the close question marks in the discussion amongst NFC teams in particular….in the big media I quoted ranking…not mine. So you are pointing at me…when it wasn’t my opinion. I just asked your opinion…is all…instead of you lashing out at me over somebody else opinion. But I have no problem sharing my own opinions also.

I'm just wondering how you can view this team as anywhere worse than last years

I would count those 2 as about the same. GB has a decent secondary but their run D is average at best and we have Bark that can chew them a new one
May 30, 20241 yr Author I would just LOVE to see rook DeJean on Watson. That would be a terrific matchup since DeJean has the size to offset his

I mean barring another collapse? Do we have better players all around? Not so sure. Was thinking we aren’t as good. We lost big time irreplaceable key players. I see it as we moved on three talented very experienced players being Kelce, Cox and Reddick in particular. In my view it’s easy to assess that as being a downgrade this season. The optimistic positive view in this for me is we got younger players. Got these guys in to learn this new scheme and grow from….for the future.

I’m discussing bringing down the returner. It involves avoiding blockers…but not considering the whole job That’s the disconnect in that discussion.

CJG is back( not here last year) Huff is good and a vet on the edges. From all accounts I hear Jurgens is find at C and is leading the room as he should and what he may lack in experience he can make up in "youthful exhuberance" so the only question for me is RG. Smith has another year under him experience wise and I keep saying(and will say it again) if Hurts can STEP UP we will be more than fine. Mitchell seems like a possible shut down CB that we didn't have last year. bark is better that Swift. So if we fail it's due to Hurts as I more than EXPECT better play calling from BOTH OC's

Cox and Reddick are big losses. Cox was our starting DT and played the most snaps of our DTs. You don’t see that having any negative effects? Reddick was our best pass rusher. No negative effect in that kiss in your mind? Those were probably two of our best defenders last season. Kelce is a huge loss on O. These are very significant losses to me.

Even so those 2 losses and we didn't get more than 2 better players in here? Guys like Bark and CJG are being discounted?
