Lane would love playing next to this kid. He’d come in and be better than Dickerson before long at all.

I wouldn't use my first pick on a QB this time around. I would go LB, CB/S or Edge first pick.

Penix is real freaking good. I would.

No problem with this. BPA for our most needed positions.

Supposedly ESPN lowballed Ryan Clark and he’s out of there.

Troy Fatanu from Washington I’d say is the competition.

Got this C Jackson Powers Johnson from Oregon that looks beast too!

From BGN:

NFL FREE AGENCY OR TRADES

Free agent quarterbacks who could make sense for the Eagles include Mariota, Jacoby Brissett (Nick Sirianni connection), Tyrod Taylor, and Easton Stick (Moore/Nussmeier connection).

The thinking here is that the Eagles should aim to avoid paying significant money at backup QB like they did last year when they gave $5 million to Mariota. If anything, they should go with a relatively cheaper option to compete with McKee for QB2. Stick might fit the bill in that regard.

Stick needs too much work IMO. Brisset is probably the closest to Hurts play style. I would be fine with him as the #2. haven't seen enough of McKee. I liked what a saw,but a very small sample

Negative? Positive? I just say no excuses for not signing a talented enough roster.

If you sign a "talented enough roster" then you have cap issues(see DULLAZ) You want it both ways and that is not possible. It's a balancing act like high wire walking. You have to find the right combo

Dolphins are right ahead of us in the draft. They are expected to cut Xavier Howard. Lends me to believe they are going CB round 1. Pair one of the top rookies up with Ramsey. We should be looking at CB ourselves. Need to trade up ahead of them.

Howie will NOT take a CB in round 1. Stop dreaming. I have one in 2 and even that is a reach for Howie. You need to understand Howie

Graham Barton Duke Interior Oline I believe could very likely be our pick. Should be a plug and play option.

I have edge in round 1

With the 22nd pick in the draft…the Philadelphia Eagles select…

A trade back to 25-28

Right after you signed Hurts for 5 years??? That's a stupid move unless you are trading Hurts

We should be seriously contending for a title the next three years. That’s the job.

You’re talking about spending big money on Brissett. Be a better investment than that.

We were supposed to do that this year. We opened with a 10-1 record despite a crap secondary. The offense never got untracked after the collapse,so that needs fixed first and why we got all new coaches

Why is it big money? Who will pay him to start?

Then retain Mar,hopefully you don't need your BU(but we won a SB with one) maybe Foles can come back as the 2?

I didn’t see it that way. I saw us as a team that lost a bunch of talent and experience while retaining elder players.

I’d expect him to be the highest paid backup. As a QB that will be significant chunk of change investing in for him.

Is Kelce retiring? We need to know that first before drafting O line with pick 1. The RG may be up in the air still but i saw no real issues. I mean we went 10-1 with Jurgens. I would bring another on later in the draft, but Howie wants to see pressure from the front 4 and that was lacking last year. I think edge is the pick. it suits Howie and I mentioned Chop Robinson. He should be available even with a small trade back. Need to see who we retain before any successful mock guesses
