I thought he would was going to be what Tyreek has became. He destroyed everyone in college, fastest player ever, made people look stupid trying to tackle him if he had just the slightest bit of space

Amazing to think the guy who was a running back at Oklahoma State became this unstoppable WR and Ross is the one who can't stick on an NFL roster

It's almost unfathomable to imagine he couldn't have at least been a part time deep threat and legitimately great returner

played both receiver, cornerback and returner in the win over California

Clear your cache before doing it.  You probably have the residual old commands saved in your cache.

I don’t think that’s how cache works.

1) Copy link

 2) Change x to twitter OUTSIDE of the text box (like in note pad or something)

3) paste as plain text in your post

Boy the morons on Twitter are out in full force.

John Ross is the next DJack and Kenny Pickett is better than Jalen Hurts.

Clearing cache only works after you plug in your charger and jiggle the cable a little until it embeds. Might take 3 or 4 jiggles though, so don't give up right away!

It works if you first edit it in the URL location you are about to copy it from and then copy it. That way you don't have to open up something else like notepad.

Wow.   I never knew just how pathetic a franchise the (Currently) Arizona Cardinals have been since their inception.   The Immaculate Grid yesterday included a square for Cardinals and Hall of Fame.

There were SIX Cardinals players inducted into the NFL Hall of Fame.

Alan Faneca
Dwight Freeney
Edgerrin James
Emmitt Smith
Kurt Warner
Aeneas Williams

(Eventually, Larry Fitzgerald will be added to that list.).

Of that list, only Williams could be thought of as a guy who made his name while playing with the Cardinals (Fitzgerald excepted, of course).   Crazy how bad that franchise has been since the beginning.   They started in 1920, and didn't have a Hall of Fame caliber player playing for them until the 1990s?   That's nuts!

Man, they were a dysfunctional bunch and didn't deliver a cup, but those Flyers teams were some of my favorite to watch. Place was electric.

I think your search omitted former St Louis Cardinal players like Dan Dierdorf (the announcer most famous for his excessive whining about Andre Waters).

When I opened a twitter post in my browser there was no x.com in the address ... just twitter.com.  I highlighted the full address text, copied it and pasted it here. I didn't need to do your step 3.

Yeah that list can't be right, Night Train played for one of the Cardinals teams too.

That 2010 team was soooo good. They just had to go up against arguably the best team of the 2010s (the best of the 3 Blackhawks Cup teams). If Pronger doesn't get hurt, they might have won it in 2011 too.

I forget where I saw it but a while back someone brought up the teams and  players that Philly has had to go up against for Championships.

1997- The Red Wings were arguably the most dominant team of that era.

2001- Kobe/Shaq, one of the best teams in NBA history

2004- Tom Brady and the juggernaut Patriots

2009- All-time Yankees team

2023- KC/Pat Mahomes

Never got to play the likes of the 2021 Bengals in the Super Bowl, sigh.

Giving up a goal on the power play killed them...along with Carter missing a wide open net in game 6.

Or the Raiders the last year of the Vet.

The Rays were easy, though.

Step 3 is just to ensure there is no formatting that will block embedding.

I think this Zach Baun situation is one of the more intriguing storylines this summer. While he has previously struggled at off ball LB, his career trajectory is following an eerily similar path to that of Andrew Van Ginkel, who also struggled playing in space early in his career. But last year Fangio cross-trained him as an off ball linebacker, and he had his best season.

Miami Dolphins linebacker Andrew Van Ginkel's standing is on the rise in Vic Fangio's defense - Sports Illustrated Miami Dolphins News, Analysis and More

Fangio seems determined to play Baun, and that probably means his primary role is as an OLB who drops into coverage a decent amount of time. which is what Van Ginkel did for him last year.

The issue is that this role will eat into snaps in an already crowded OLB/edge room. Huff is going to play a lot, and Nolan Smith will likely earn an uptick in snaps. So it seems like Sweat will be the odd man out.

My guess is that he is going to be traded, and that the team is simply waiting for June 1 to make a move. His absence from OTAs makes this more of a reality, IMO, and it makes no sense to keep him at this point if Baun is going to have a significant role in the defense, which seems inevitable at this point.

That series against Boston is one of my all time favorites. Down 3-0 in the series only to take it to game 7.  Down 3-0 in game 7 only to win late.

Speaking of game 7, I was living in downtown Denver at the time.  One of my friends there (and former board member, which is how we met in the first place back in 04) wanted to meet up with a group of girls, one of which he was interested in and needed me as his wingman.  So he came over, we grilled up some food and had game 7 on.  We were supposed to head out during the 3rd period but F that, we were watching it to the end.  After the final buzzer, we headed over to meet the girls.  At a Boston bar.  Because apparently that's where they were all from.

We were all flyered up, so lets say things didn't work out for him

You don't play most pass rushers 1000 snaps if you want them to be effective.

Smith, Baun and eventually Hunt will be more traditional 3-4 OLBs, but Sweat, Huff will be more stand up DEs who rarely drop into coverage.

They'll need them all this season.
