Fair enough.  I don't clear it every day, or even every week, but in Firefox it is so easy to do whenever a website starts to misbehave I simply go up to the History dropdown menu and click on the Clear Recent History button

I'm F'ing with you, Matt. Clearing cache has nothing to do with embedding Twitter links.

Where is the bed the link goes in?

Ross signed with the team.  He took the spot Parker left.  Interesting to note that Parker was signed as vet FA and he decided to retire before the OTA.  Ross was in a similar situation with KC last season and retired before TC.  Guess the grind going thru preseason works and TC have a huge effect on the vets.  If Ross still has some speed left and the coaches are not using him to block, he could give some vertical element to the WR group.

I'm sure he's just speculating but this is exactly what should happen. My claim to fame on EMB, besides being the #1 boob was predicting Sam Bradford would be dealt for a 1st to a team who had an injury.

Kenny Pickett can be an NFL starter, especially if a team is desperate. Tanner McKee and Will Grier should be competent backups to Hurts.

Wait, you can't say boob anymore?

Nope. I'm off the hook as the EMB r_acist

Maybe... but you are still the #1 boob of the EMB.

Pickett shouldn't even be the top backup here.  McKee is better.

Sweat could be a trade candidate but he does give them some size and experience at the edge. Maybe he's someone that would be of interest for a player for player deal.  The team has no real depth at TE.  I wonder if they could pry Michael Mayer from the Raiders for Sweat.

Mayer would be an ideal Eagles player for our fans. They'd never spell his name right. He'll easily be called Meyer or Meyers. He'd fit right in with Asante Samuels and Charlie Gardner.

Pickett era baby let’s go!!!!!!!!!!!! :towel:

Hurts is the best backup out of all of them.

So Ed Kracz wrote an article saying Kenny Pickett has looked sharper than Jalen Hurts during OTA's and now Picketts private QB coach is posting that article on social media. It doesn't mean much right now but I wouldn't be surprised if Pickett tries to pull a Minshew at some point.

I seem to remember the Steelers and Pickett looking like world beaters during preseason last year. I remember that first Steelers/49ers game on the schedule and many saying the 49ers were going to get their asses kicked come week 1.  Fast-forward one year later and Pickett is here for a measly fourth round pick compensation.  That was preseason hype. This is just one day of OTA hype.  A grain, or a pound, of salt will not be enough to take this opinion with.

Dierdorf, a Michigan man, was part of the infamous right side of the Cardinal O line, next to Conrad Dobler, renowned as the dirtiest player in the NFL. It is deeply ironic that he should whine about Andre Waters, considering how he and Dobler played. Dan was not so much dirty as vicious. Dobler would do anything.

Apologies for having to do this in multiple clips due to X size limitations (obviously you need your sound on):

Won't root for injuries, but if any team wants a 2nd for Kenny Pickett😅

Both of those guys were before my day but I absolutely loved watching Conrad Dobler interviews and highlights. One of my favorite things used to be the Saturday morning NFL Films TV shows and the bloopers. Learned a lot about the game watching those programs.

Been saying this for some time, but for a team that loves to retire and not hand out special numbers, they sure don't give a F about Brian Westbrooks 36 despite how good his career was here and his team records.

Since Westbrook left, Jay Ajayi, Deiondre' Hall, Rudy Ford, Tay Gowan and Tristan McCollum have all worn 36 in the regular season. This isn't counting the number of UDFA or waiver claim guys who have worn it in the preseason. No respect on 36.

Wow.   Harper tossed in the 1st inning after striking out.   He disagreed about the 2nd strike called... and was having a conversation (actually not that heated) as he took off his equipment at the end of the inning.

That was a quick hook by the ump.

And so Rojas gets inserted for Harper, and they moved the entire team around defensively.

Bohm to 1st for Harper, Merrifield to 3B for Bohm, Pache to LF from CF, and then Rojas enters the game.   Crazy.   Rojas should get some pitches to hit though.  Will be a good measuring stick for him.

IIRC, he wasn’t incredibly graceful in his departure.  Pure speculation, but I wonder if it was worse still behind closed doors.

Westbrook will always be one of my most favorite offensive player for multiple reasons. He’s a prime example of a player making a number because #36 is pretty gross for a RB, especially in his time. I’m not sure why they are so keen on giving his number out compared to others though.

His contributions are a bit shadowed because McCoy came directly after him who was the better RB all things considered.

These umps are awful

Sharper than 13 of 16.  I’ll take that from QB 2 against back up back seven.  Hell, maybe Tanner can go 16 of 16 versus the third string.  Most of the beats are pathetic reporting on practices.  I don’t read anything out of performance in OTAs.

I don’t care about the performance. I’m just not sure Pickett has the mentality yet of what his role as a backup is supposed to be. And it seems the guys closest to his ear aren’t helping.

Conrad Dobler wasn’t dirty, he just stretched the rules as far as they went.
