Does anyone have any recommendations for getting cheaper ticket prices. Trying to see the eagles when they play the bengals this year since that’s my closest option, but tickets are outrageous. Do they get cheaper closer to the actual game or maybe even day of? Or should I still try to find some tickets from the actual bengals and not resales? They are still some available but still expensive for the type of seat you get

Contact Vince at Philly Sports Trips.  They have good ticket prices and you sit with Eagles fans

Yes

You should still check from time to time but they are likely going to be cheaper the closer it gets

No joke, found out one of my co-worker has a really good friend that knows Joe Burrow.  I know, I know.....but he actually showed me pictures of them all hanging out.....trying to see if we could go to the Bengals game courtesy of Mr. Burrow!

Yeah, probably gonna play the waiting game cause the prices right now are a little ridiculous. Especially for the quality of the seats your getting

Tough game for Ranger.

You guys will all feel pretty stupid after he finishes the 2024 season with 19 sacks.

So he could've had 94 sacks?!

A look at Nolan Smith last season.

The cliff notes are that he was ok against the run but really raw as a pass rusher and struggled in coverage.

It will be interesting to see if he can unlock his potential this season. But my guess is that right now Fangio has Baun ahead of him on the depth chart.

McKee and Will Grier are both 16. Guessing Grier changes because I can’t see both being QB’s having the same number.

Power move by McKee to take Will Grier's number.

I wonder if the Eagles were one of them. Kempski said back in March he heard from a source Devin White wasn't the Eagles top target, and they had another bigger target at LB they were pursuing but lost out and had to pivot.

Yeah people forget that players have to want to come here. Money is big but they consider fit, coaching, culture, and the city as well. Not many off ball LBs would suddenly want to go to a team that has neglected and had poor LB play for decades. Steelers have a history at the position.

Have you been to Pittsburgh? There’s no there there.

Just going to ignore all of the other factors eh. They have a culture and history of dominant LB play and I doubt their media is as dumb as Philly. LBs coming in have to be a fan of Fangio and his defense as well. He's a bit too old school for most. Then there's Tomlin vs Siri. Philly just isn't everyone's cup of tea and that's ok.

Those slobs out there accept that their baseball team will never be any good, because their ownership is just looking to cash some money from the team.  They spend what they spend, dump any player who starts to get expensive for prospects... lather rinse repeat.   Garbage franchise.   But, yeah, their media is very intelligent.  Bottom 3 franchise in MLB.

A pity. They used to be so good. Roberto Clemente, Dave Parker, Willie Stargell, Bill Mazeroski, Barry Bonds(before he juiced). The stadium is actually a good place to watch a game, though it feels more like Triple A than major league.

Of course it does, because that's basically the type of player that their roster is comprised of.

Queen got almost $14M per season AAV from the Steelers.  You think Howie was actively outbidding that number?

I live in LA. I waited until the morning of the game to get my tickets every time they’re out here.. tickets drop significantly. Last year, for example, I paid $300 total for 2 seats, mid level, eagles sideline as opposed to the $600 for each seat had I bought them early. Same scenario this year. I’ll just wait for the week of or game day to buy my tickets this year.. I use stubhub or vivid seats..

I don't, but I also didn't think he'd pay Barkley what he did.

"During the team's overseas flight" seems to imply he either assaulted stewardesses or some type of staffer from either the airline or the team?

Would be pretty brazen to do that on the confines of a flight. Regardless, I'm sure everyone will be patient and nuanced with this story and wait for all the facts to come out before rushing to judgement either way.

Somewhat frivolous.  Allegedly grinded up against them and tried to kiss one of them.  They were stewardesses hired for the charter flight; first time they had flown with the team and said the flight turned into a party.  Suing for $1M for "severe mental anguish, embarrassment", etc., etc., etc.

It would be almost expected if it were Urban Meyer there -- not sure what Doug was doing.  Asking them if they had ice cream, maybe.
