This is a dart? This makes you think a team will be lethal? A 5 yard slant in 7v7?

Dov is a terrible account and really just an aggregator. He botched the Mark Davis pregnancy story. He's not a real journalist.

First trimester. NFL is going to have the gender reveal special soon before their top 100

I think the better approach will be play the rookies to help them develop. My guess is that if they think Campbell isn't it, they will add another veteran before camp.  If they get through training camp and the rookies look mehh, they will add a veteran at that point.

I think Ainias Smith has a chance to surprise some people in camp/preseason. He has the skillset to be a phenomenal slot WR.

I don't understand why there hasn't been any interest in Hunter Renfrow from any team. He might just be a slot guy but the guy is an elite route runner and a mismatch. I'd be all in on him if they can.

Unfortunately, that would put us over our permissible allotment of white positional players.

I could have sworn my son said he signed with the WWE.

Yeah, I actually love what the eagles did at WR given the low resource investment.

Smith has the traits to be a really, really good slot receiver. Great hands and great RAC ability.

I wouldn’t be surprised if Smith ended the season as the "starting” slot receiver who contributed a lot.

Wilson in the 6th round is a boom or bust type of player, and is obviously a long shot, but has the physical gifts to become a huge mismatch.

How about this one....the last ever KOR TD under the original NFL rules belongs to none other than...

Reading is hard for you I guess.

Reading isn’t hard, it’s just right up 222 from Lancaster.

All this promising depth at CB is probably why Howie was reportedly trying to move up for an OL in round 1 rather than prioritizing CB(if the reports are true).

Say for example Ringo really impresses and Rodgers really impresses. Then suddenly if Mitchell is as good as advertised too, you have 3 guys at CB who could all start on the outside for you all of whom are young enough to be long term staples. And that doesn't even include DeJean. Now obviously, it may not work out that way, so having depth there is good, but just saying that could factor into Howie's thinking for why he was prioritizing OL in the draft.

Seems counterintuitive.  Not only did Howie draft Mitchell at #22, but he traded both 2nd round picks (50 and 53 as an overpay) to move up to #40 to double-dip at CB and select DeJean.  If Howie was prioritizing OL he could have just moved to the #44 range and drafted Jackson Powers-Johnson.

Further, the prospect of Mekhi Becton falling into his lap may have altered his plans.

He never played football either but that’s not stopping him

I think specifically he wanted one of the top OTs in round 1.

Just to clarify, we traded #50, #53, and #161 and in return we received #40, #78, and #152. There are enough EMB readers that still incorrectly believe it was a simple 2-for-1 trade, which it wasn't. Basically #50 turned into #40, #53 turned into #78 and #161 turned into #152.

I don't mean to take away from your point. I just wanted to add context to the trade.

I hope it's Aiyuk that the 49ers trade.  Not so sure about that Purdy offense with injury prone Deebo, injury prone and very high usage last two seasons McCaffrey and old ass Kittle to carry him.

Well, duh! Of course he did. Didn’t everyone? Are you saying he lost heart and caved? What are you saying? Should he have done something different, and if so, what, specifically?
