Fans still have to get to and from the stadium. If as referenced above the green thing has to do with soccer team rivalry maybe Brazil can put out the word that green stuff with pictures of Eagles and the word "Eagles" aren't showing support for any Brazilian team.

The NFL needs to have researched this already and they should be putting information out that this is overblown.   My guess is... they didn't and are playing catch up now.

I just don't understand why this screwy town that can't handle a team of any sport wearing green was the one in an entire country that the NFL decided to go with for the Brazil game.  It's a tiny dinky doink stadium the size of the Union's stadium.  Brazil has to be littered with stadiums that size and probably larger.

Not surprising.   I've never been to Sau Paulo, so I'm guessing you are underestimating those numbers a bit.   I'm guessing almost infinitely more likely to be murdered in Philly for me... although, I suppose I could be kidnapped in Philly and taken to Sau Paulo to be murdered.  So there's a non-zero chance of being murdered in Sau Paulo.

Sure.   But its the NBA Finals... its really not different from basketball players that go to the Super Bowl.   Talk about a lotta notta.  

 

I wouldn't even be upset if I read that Tyrese Maxey went to the game.   It's the Finals!    Now, if Maxey were wearing Celtics swag... that's different.  The rest of them though... there's no conflict whatsoever.

Maxey grew up a Mavs fan and went to a game in the OKC series. Doesn’t bother me at all.

Speaking of the kelly green when does the new official version come out? I remember last year they were saying that it was going to change in 2024 which made some people hesitate about getting a jersey
