What do you mean somehow? Shame on you Chris.

Nickelback > Creed

Imagine if Siriani had a customized golf cart like that.  People would flip out. I want him to get one.

Titans were rumored to still be looking for another safety after Adams. Turned out to not be Simmons. He's still out there lingering if the Eagles have interest at any point.

Simmons not being on a roster yet is interesting. Wonder how much he’s asking for (presumably why he’s still out there)

It TB closing down The Vet for me. I still can’t watch replays of Ronde and the pick 6.

So I badmouth Brett Toth and he turns into a potential top 100 player.

"Toth faced Jalen Carter twice in 1-on-1's, and handled him both times. Carter has been unblockable in 1-on-1 situations all summer, so for Toth to handle him in 1-on-1 drills — which favor pass rushers — is notable."

Probably more likely that Carter had 2 lazy reps against him.

I'd rather see the Eagles make this kind of signing instead of a 6th TE who we know isn't making the team. Not that Rose would come in and make the team either, but I'd love for them to at least show some kind of effort to improve the LB position. Oren Burks, who many had as a near roster lock, hasn't practiced at all and they've done nothing to fill his absence. Just relying on Dean, Trotter, Baun and BVS behind White.

Living in Arizona, this was devastating. Not only having to deal with the loss but being surrounded by excited Cardinals fans for two weeks after leading up to the Super Bowl. Dawkins’ final season in green, Jim Johnson passing away later that summer, it was just crushing.

I ran into Larry Fitzgerald around 6-7 years ago on the golf course and mentioned this game to him. Joked that he’ll haunt me forever because of that game and he laughed. I don’t have the numbers but that playoff run by him has to be the greatest ever for a receiver. He was unstoppable.

I think Ojomo can be a really solid player. This is good to hear.

I flew into the game from Calif, and obviously was very disappointed....but...the worst loss is still opening day when Bryce Paup took out Cunningham's knee. I was completely sick to stomach after that game.

2003 Panthers loss.  Those chumps didn’t even belong on the same field, but McNabb decided to pull a McNabb again.

I think it's best to just clump all 3 of those losses together. They had no business losing ANY of them but they did. That team, for as good as they were, for as many Eagles legends were on those rosters, choked when it mattered. Even guys like Brian Dawkins, especially against the Cardinals.

I only wish we would have gotten the call on that 4th down throw to Curtis like the Chiefs got at a crucial game moment against us. Hood slipped down and then threw his forearm at Curtis' right calf, knocking him down to prevent the catch and likely run after with just one guy to beat.

Loss to Oakland in the SB for me.

If they're going to rotate their #3 WR based on skill set, they'll be just as predictable as last year.

false.

the defense will have to prepare for different things.

if Quez Watkins is running a deep route to take the top off the defense, so that Brown and Smith benefit, Campbell could do the same thing.  Covey could run quick routes from the slot,  could run, could throw.  Wilson could block,  could be a red zone threat.  Other teams have more to prepare for.   The Eagles, if they want to,  have a lot of players, defense players,  who can be used sparingly on offense.  The Eagles over the last few years have been filling the roster with versatile freakbeasts.   The Eagles have been bringing in players that I like,  and really fast, great combine jumpers, winners of the pro day,  who are the top athletes at their position,  who also played offense in high school, are the kind of players I like.  The roster on defense is full of them,  and Mailata, Davis and Carter are volunteering to play skill positions.  from them down to Q Mitchell,  high school running back and 10+ more,  they all could do it.  Maybe some aren't as good as others, but they all can do it, and some of them would be great.   Also,  if Mailata, Davis and Carter all want to be running backs,  I would have to say that everyone on defense would would volunteer to play offense.  the dbs can be wrs.  hs wrs can be wrs, hs tes, tes, fbs, fbs, qbs, qbs and rbs, rbs.     the Eagles have a lot there.

10 worst losses

1. NFCCG vs. Tampa at the Vet - I was there in the 600 level freezing my nay nays off.  Pregamed in the Holiday Inn Parking lot, girls were flashing us from their room.  It was freezing, Tampa never won in the cold.  We had owned them.  Last game at the Vet.  We score first!!  And we crap the bed.  Andy went pass heavy against the Cover 2 and forgot that we had beaten them time and time again by running the ball and left it up to McNabb to try and pass his way to victory...which was a recipe for disaster.

2. Loss to KC in Super Bowl - F'ing field

3. Loss to Oakland in the Super Bowl - Was in the 8th Grade and just really becoming a fan, didn't realize how bad things would become after that

4. Loss to Green Bay - Already mentioned when Paup blew out Cunningham's knee, went 10-6 that year with 6 different QB's, one of the most historic defenses ever....DIDN'T MAKE THE PLAYOFFS!!

5. Loss to Cardinals in the NFCCG

6. Loss to Patriots in the Super Bowl

7. Loss to the Panthers in the NFCCG

8. The Fog Bowl

9. Loss to the Rams in the NFCCG

10. Let's just bundle the end of last season after a 10-1 start as a ONE BIG F'ING LOSS

OK, what should I ask for next?

We signed LB Shaq Quarterman.

I don’t even know how to post tweets anymore. The links used to convert to Twitter.com but now they stay as x.com and won’t imbed for me.

Thanks, Elon.

Guess all that talk about the linebackers looking bad was true, which isn't any surprise.

Woohoo! The guy had 2 tackles last year (1 solo) despite not missing games due to injury. Way to move the needle there. Howie continues his crap trend with this position.

Doing as little as possible at LB as usual.

Might just need a camp body with Burks out. He’s played quite a bit on special teams too.

Burk isn’t going to make it.
