IMO, Smith is a very underappreciated blocker.

Last year, his run blocking was 48.2 PFF.   Most of the WRs had bad run blocking grades. Maybe they were all coached not to block, except for the one guy who was bigger and who got a 66.7 PFF run blocking grade,  Julio Jones.   I don't know.  

I'm not looking to find ways to get Smith and Brown more snaps.  I'm looking for them to be rested and healthy at playoff time.   I think that the 4th Q, especially with the lead, is when you put in the blockers.  And Johnny Wilson is one of the blockers, at WR.  And also Red Zone Threat because 6'6.   Uzomah would be in for TE Blocking.   Johnny Wilson is also AJ Brown backup.

we should be rooting for Pickett to do really well in a preseason game.  First round pick, winning record, playoffs, see, he's good in this preseason. 

People who prefer McKee should understand that, probably, they have a better chance to see McKee if Pickett is traded than if he isn't.

I kind of have dual allegiances. I grew up in Wisconsin during the Lombardi era so I pay more attention to the Packers than the rest of the NFL except the Eagles. I'm not a die hard fan of either team. I've lives in PA for some decades so Eagles are #1 but I can understand why someone may have more than one preferred team.

Yep - made the leap from college QB to NFL WR - and was used when this team was at some of its lowest points on offense and came through when needed.
