That was kind of part of the whole hype around him in the NFL that season.  Exciting end game finishes where hebwouldnsuddbely lead them on game winning drives.

One counter argument to "winning record" is "I'm an anonymous person on the internet,  but somehow I'm an amazing judge of quality QB play, and I can do that without looking at any data whatsoever"   this site has a lot of people who want to get data away from the discussion  and go entirely with their own opinion,  which probably comes from tv or radio guys.

Yeah, it's crazy how important great QB running can be.

A QB can have a garbage passer rating and a garbage completion percentage yet if he's a great runner,  he can get more wins than a garbage runner with a much higher passer rating.

Now You Know This.  And because you know this, you can now modify what you type,  taking into consideration the facts that you now know.

I posted Pickett v Darnold.   that's the relevant comparison.   I've posted Pickett v Hurts I think.  

It's somebody else who is bringing up Tebow for no reason.

Sure,  If there are 90 pocket QBs picked,  80 will fail.  10 will succeed.  10 running QBs,  more than 2 will be successful.   You have a better chance of success with the runner.

Darnold was the 2nd overall pick in that draft.   Losing record.  Not a runner.

People here on this message board are very good at finding retired players to compare to active players.

What are you 5? I'm right your wrong lol. Running qbs are not the best. Far from it. Big deal. Qb1 set a rushing td record. There's a reason for that. He can't throw inside the 5 yard line. Manning is also 48 years old you taint

you wanted to mention Kaepernick and KNEE.   Because of that thing 10 years ago about players kneeling for some reason.  It was a big deal until it was forgotten by most.  I think it had something to with race,  but it might have been about the war.
