Help me out here.  His run defense is a 62, his pass defense is a 67 but his overall is 70. Math doesn’t work.

For another safety, not paying that again

You missed the joke on that one.

What battles could potentially be won tonight? CB5/6? TE2?

Calcaterra is hurt but basically already won the job

So not much on the line tonight

I wonder if the lower CB battle can be figured out to move one of them before cut down days. Maybe I'm overvaluing, but I just think someone would give a late pick for Ricks.

If they play, LB is probably the big one.

CB2 is an interesting one. Eagles are acting as if its Rodgers but the beats seem split with some saying Ringo has looked better. Maybe Ringo can make a push tonight.

DeJean hasn’t been really seen much.  I say keep them all (7 deep).  We still have a trade deadline down the road.  They would know more about what they have then.  This secondary is still too young and new to fully know what you have and what you want to keep

Looking for Baun to struggle again so they can move him more into a situational pass rusher role than ILB. Saints fans say he was an AWFUL off-ball LB but wanted him back as a pass rusher.

No way the Birds were paying that

Not a huge fan of the HC they hired but they are an interesting team now that they have a QB.  Will be an interesting race between them and the Bucs.  South could end up sending two teams to the playoffs.

No posting about the game tonight till maybe like 9.

I have a soccer practice till 8. Then we will watch big brother when I get home, and only then will we begin to post as I catch up on the came with DVR.

Maddox, Ricks, Jobe fighting for 1-2 spots. Maybe Maddox is a CB/S tweener for cuts. I doubt Ricks survives waivers. Jobe is good on ST so he may prove to be more valuable than Ricks with how deep we are. I wouldn’t mind trading Ricks in a player for player swap if there’s a team with an extra WR or LB.

Turned out they arrested two doctors and 2 dealers.  One report I saw said the doctor was charging him $2,000 for a vial that cost the doctor $12.  Perry spent $55,000 on the stuff, maybe in addition to the already prescribed therapeutic dosage (not sure).  But, in any event, they were bilking an addict while selling him the stuff he didn't even need and it led to his death from accidental overdose.  He apparently had ketamine in his system in an amount consistent with general anesthetic.  Really terrible.

Dude was one of the worst addicts I’ve ever heard of.   I think he said in an interview he was up to 80+ pain pills per day just to get through the day.  I can’t even comprehend that or how the body was able to withstand something like that.   I thought he was back on the right track for awhile but I guess not.

Big Brother 16 was the best season. I haven’t watched in years.

So he occupies two defenders and gives a lb and a safety a free run at the rb and he's the problem?

He doesn't occupy them though. It's a zone block (which usually start with a double team) and the tackle easily peels off to take White.

That’s about how many viagras it takes for you to get the job done according to Mrs. Hpenis

The primary player that blew this play was Nolan Smith.

We definitely watched two different plays. The run is through the A gap vacated by the 3-tech DT and you're blaming the 9-tech edge rusher. Mmmkay.

Is this sarcasm? It's a one year deal and he's one of the best safeties in the league.

Was one of the better Ss in the league.  Little slower and over 30. Too rich.  Look every position can’t be an All Pro.  Frankly, my ideal position right now is Bradberry and McCollum are the back ups with primarily Maddox and DeJean filling the dime role until Brown is off PUP and move Bradberry for whatever he can get by the trade deadline.  Now this can change dependent on Stern’s health and dependent on any injuries. Before anyone says, Bradberry doesn’t  play STs, I would argue the correct contraction is hasn’t.

He was 2nd-team all-pro literally last year.

How many hammy pulls tonight?

This should be...interesting? I'm going to steal Brett Favre.
