Jalen blames fumble in patriots game last year on no hitting during pre-season

He can be a bit of a RAS hole but is generally harmless

I don’t really care one way or the other tbh. But it’s there.

What about the fumble in the super bowl?

That's good news but I wonder what it's going to take to get Keegan some RG reps.

No kidding

that one was because he is a turd.

Hate to say it but Dallas OL picks look good. I wanted Beebe too, that one pisses me off

Theyve had a really good run of drafting OL for quite a while now.

Eagles after so many years of being awful at OL seemed to turn the page with the arrival of Reid and have continued being really good since.

I think Howies biggest upcoming challenge will be finding someone to replace Lane, the birds are such a different team when Lane is out, hopefully Howie/Stout can figure it out

What would you send DC for Dotson? What is his value? His 5th year option would be around 12 million.

I’d call to see if a 3rd would get it done

Maybe I’m missing something but I feel like Dotson is worth at least an early day 3 pick. He’s an upgrade on most teams if he’s healthy.

Great if Dean and vansumeren play against backups and 3rd stringers in regular season games we are set

well nobody is playing against the starters.

so if you don't like great PFFs against backups,  lesser PFFs against backups would be something you shouldn't like, even more.

This virtual measurement stuff sucks. What a time suck.

I wonder if that last tackle wasnt a hip drop

RR

why?

The Eagles bring in my players and I'm on top of trades.  For the most part, the coaches aren't all over my innovations,  but I'm still typing them out.

It's commonplace here for posters to just repeat talk radio arguments and trash the Eagles front office, coaches and players.

And apparently,  you think that's all good.

Or hear me out…. It’s the preseason and i don’t take it as anything more than a grain of salt. But according to you preseason grades means the LB situation is solved now and in the future

Speaking of things to put on ignore. Maybe ESP runs this account. Everything they post is very on brand with him.

I’ll give you some data. If Eagles fans are wrong a lot, you are a large contributor to that. You’re an outlier pulling up those percentages.

You're wrong, as usual.

Week 1 fumble incoming....

This. Keep seeing post these bogus PFF ratings for PRESEASON games. Where no game planning is involved, where players are in there vs backups to the backups. Makes no sense

ALL of the players, the LBs,  have the same "no game planning,  etc"

These numbers aren't supposed to be the numbers that they're going to end up with in the regular season,  these are numbers that you compare to other players numbers.  The conditions are the conditions.  And under those conditions,  the PFF numbers are the PFF numbers.     I'm not saying that Dean and BVS are 90+ LBs because that's what their number is right now, in the preseason.

I would argue that the LBs in a preseason game playing behind a backup DLine are at a bit of a disadvantage. I'd also argue that the Eagles' lack of prioritizing preseason games as a chance to prep players for the regular season usually puts the group on the field about 1 tier behind the opponent's group. Usually our 2nd string see's the other teams' starters, our 3rd string sees their 2ns string, etc...

But I do agree with the notion that you want to see them perform well regardless of the competition.

Probably asking too much of him this early. Wiping his butt with the other hand and all

When I was a baby claim adjuster, one of our more experienced claim handlers had an auto accident in a company car.  Other driver was at fault.  I was assigned the claim.  My colleague broke a bone in his right wrist in the accident.   He was negotiating his injury settlement with the other carrier.  He presented to the claim adjuster for the at fault driver that as a claim adjuster, you document everything.  Back then we used written notes.  My colleague was right handed, had to requisition a typewriter and one hand type for six weeks.  (He was presenting evidence of his "pain and suffering”, how the injury impacted him.  The other claim handler countered that he lost no wage from that (economic loss).  My colleague then countered that he had to change the hand he wiped his butt with as another example of impact.  (I had to stifle my laugh.  But that night when I needed to wipe my butt, I did so with the other hand.). Your comment made me think of that. Great metaphor.  Changing hands is a fraction of changing line sides but is a great everyday event anyone can experience to better understand such a switch.

I'm right, again,  and "I know you are but what am I?"

This message board, or any football message boards,  really are not places designed for the people on the board to be bickering with each other and attacking each other.   Attack other people,  attack the Eagles FO, coaches and players,  crap chat and talk about other sports.  Not what these things should be.
