But if DeJean got hurt, I am pretty sure moving Mitchell to nickel and putting Ringo/Rodgers on the field is a better option than Mills.

Enjoying it myself...I hope Dallas doesn't cave...they offered him a great deal. He isn't JJ, and shouldn't get JJ money...$33m vs $35m? No income tax in TX...MN has income tax of 5%-10%. DAL cannot pay three guys top position money and that's what those three guys are wanting...only one of the three might deserve it, but I wouldn't pay that one top positional money either...matter of fact I'd probably trade him for two #1's and move on when it seems appropriate, like after this season.

On the defensive side of the ball there are young DL, DB and LB who all flash starter or key contributor potential. Ojomo, Booker, Hunt, Johnson, Dean (yes I've been critical), Trotter, BVS, all the DB have all shown me something. It's going to be tough to make those final 2 cuts. There are going to be teams who want players the Eagles cut on defense. 

This team is so stacked at the top on offense and that's great, but next draft they need to refill the cupboard with some high end skill position talent. 

Covey is decent as a returner. Shipley has looked decent as well.

Covey is the returner, so yea I don't want him getting snagged. I like Shipley, but he's not exactly moving the needle on dynamic talent. They need young, game breaking talent that can step in and be a weapon if needed. A young player to use on the field with AJ and DeVonta. Some young players who are dynamic and have speed. It might not look like a need because of Brown, Smith and Barkley, but woof. After those guys, it doesn't look good. Howie has done a great job of getting young talent across the board on the defensive side of the ball. They have a lot to prove, but every position has someone to be excited about and some have more than one player to be excited about. Nothing on offense.

He was on the NFI list for something so hasn’t practiced yet all summer. He supposedly was close to returning per reports.

lol…plus it’s an example of why RAS is nothing to take seriously.

Raise your hand if you think Johnny Wilson is a better athlete than AJ Brown.  It’s not like these RAS scores are calculated on an annual basis and considered a league stat… At least I don’t believe they are, correct?  If they are collected at the combine only…they are almost useless.  (Note that I used the word ‘almost’).
