Average depth of target'

2022:

--- Samuel: 6.7

--- Dotson: 13.5

2023:

--- Samuel: 6.6

--- Dotson: 9.3

Samuel is more of a check down / safety valve type target for a garbage QB. That doesn't make a guy the WR2. It just means the QBs were scared to throw the ball further down the field in many cases. Brian Westbrook wasn't the WR2 in 2007 despite being 2nd on the team with 118 targets.

I don't care who #2 or #3 WR was on Washington.

So last year the Kelly Green hype, get fans to buy all the jerseys & merch, pay for branding & stadium updates...

...then change the color again a year later & repeat those costs?

I actually like a modern update on the Kelly Green. I never liked midnight green. A fresh take on Kelly is all they needed. Not that neon mess in 2008. But last year's looked good. It was definitely different than the 90s but still I liked it.

I think it's cool how people are different and have opposite opinions. I always hated Kelly green and loved the easy on the eyes Midnight green.

I think we should just go full pink and neon blue and change the name to the €untstains

Now you are getting the NFL way.

The worst thing about the 2008 look was the white pants. You have to have the silver.

I like both looks. I don't care for the black alternates, but black is a nicer main color for clothing than kelly green. I also wouldn't want kelly green as a car color, but midnight green looks great on vehicles.

I've been a devout Kelly Green guy and would love to see the Eagles go back to wearing it full-time. However, the Eagles and their Midnight Green is about a good of a modern uniform as you're going to find. Just look at the Falcons, Rams, Titans for example to see how bad Nike can mess things up. The Eagles still have pants stripes, a good sleeve logo, legible numbers(or the most part), and no stupid uniform quirks. I wish they would lose the all black uniforms and bring back some semblance of a sock stripe but the Eagles really do have a good overall look.

Eagles should have a Kelly green/Midnight green gradient jersey. Make it happen, @Nike

But you need to make a story up as to what the meaning behind it is. What does the gradient represent? The Kelly Green represents the passion of lifetime Eagles fans and as their success grows it slowly turns to Midnight Green. Born from hard work in a blue collar city, often working in the dead of night, we've created a new shade of black as the main color which connects the uniform to those long nights.

Oh and they respect the past by looking forward to the future.

No game posts tomorrow until about... 5:30-6pm or so tomorrow.

I could probably catch the first hour of the game live, in between my sons soccer game, and my work soccer game. but I'd rather just see it all at once when I get home from work.

So you'll all need to refrain from posts about the game because I may do some scrolling here during half time of my work soccer game and I don't want spoilers of all the INTs, sacks, and big hits DeJean is going to have.

Soccer teams have been doing this forever. They usually have 3 kits and change all of them every year.

Story time. :offtopic:

You may think I'm too young for this,  but yes,  I do have shingles.

I guess because of my age,  my doctors didn't suspect it.

Old people get singles and get a quick diagnosis and treatment.

I am nearly 3 weeks in.  Have had 3 doctor visits including a specialist (ENT),  4 if you count my first visit which was an urgent care PA who just gave me drops for what she thought was an ear infection. blood work, an ultrasound and a CT. And I still have a follow up with my primary care doctor on Thursday.

Here is the worst part. My younger son's friend's mom is a pharmacist and the pharmacy I go to. Have any of you ever had shingles? Do you know the treatment for this? They prescribe valtrex. I should have had them send it to a different pharmacy but I didn't think of it while I was in the office.  I had to go pick up a herpes medication at that pharmacy,  and yes, of course she was working that day. My son's friends mom now likely believes I have genital herpes.

After that rationalization, no doubt posted for your wife, we believe the same as your son's friend's mom. You have genital herpes.

Shingles is tough, I've known people go through that. Hope you heal up soon.

I take immunosuppressants so I'm more at risk for it, so I got the shingles vaccine a few years back called Shingrix. Have you gotten that? I think it's really rare you get Shingles more than once though so you're probably good once you fight it off. That vaccine sucked though. That one hit me way harder than the COVID shots. Kicked my ass. I heard Shingles sucks though. People I talk to who've had it said it's quite painful and makes everyday things a nuisance like just being able to sleep.

I got you covered. I'll be at the game so I won't be able to post any spoilers.
