Ainias Smith doesn’t deserve a roster spot. Just put him on waivers. If he’s claimed he’s claimed. 

Yeah I’d rather give a roster spot to Campbell than Ainas. IR him or cut your losses. 

The Eagles don't need to keep 4 RBs. Whichever RB clears waivers can go to PS. Not worried about losing anyone

Put him on the practice squad.  No other team is going to want to waste a roster spot on him if the Eagles cut him.
