TDs are less sticky than yards, because they rely on a smaller sample size of targets.

Why would the Eagles pay that option bonus?  It would decrease their available Cap money unnecessarily.  Using Cap Space to purchase a Day Three draft pick isn’t part of Howie’s MO.

I wouldn’t be surprised to see him on the PS.  Scharping we saw played mostly at OT in PS, LT actually.  Hasn’t played that in the pros.  Probably because Ayede got hurt and Dankwah isn’t ready. Dankwah and Vakalahi just weren’t ready.  So Scharping took it on and didn’t play great at a position he probably isn’t suited for in the NFL.  Gates never veered from his position and it is a little disconcerting that Kinnard played no G.  Scharping was competing with Hennessy, quite possibly an IR or injury settlement, Toth and Kinnard for a jackknife position. I don’t think he can play OT but I am not Stout or even @just relax If the Eagles see potential there, he might go PS.

It's guaranteed. They are paying it no matter what. It's a sunk cost.

No real impact to the Eagles as McKee will be on the 53, but interesting wrinkle for other teams

If that vote had passed, teams would eventually start to construct their rosters to only have 2 QBs on it.  It would pretty heavily disincentivize teams from keeping 3 QBs.  So if I’m a journeyman qb, I’m not liking that.

I don't think Tuipulotu has played that poorly.  I am not sure if Gabe Hall is also playing NT.

I am not sure what to think about Dankwah.  I haven't heard much about him during camp and he didn't play at all in the pre-season. He could be someone they're trying to stash on the PS.

He played in the last pre-season game for a handful of snaps. He played RT if I'm remembering correctly with Vakalahi playing LT.
