My position has always been that the rise in division started well before Trump BUT that it escalated significantly once Trump came on the political scene.

We're talking about a detailed plan laid out by John Eastman and carried out by Mark Meadows that includes coordination of false slates of electors in multiple states, coercion, conspiracy, and ultimately an act of domestic terrorism. Ashli Babbit lost her life just like Corey Contemporare did. 

Oh, and I'm not a former trump supporter so that disqualifies me if the profile of the last two shooters is any indication.
