I think the Newtown location was pretty successful.

I would stop by the one in North Wales periodicially and it was pretty lightly attended

Yeah we would often go to the Newtown one. My daughter loved the cheesesteak egg rolls. The parking was a bit of a nightmare but it was a great location

Newtown location was a great spot with awesome outside area. Someone will take that location quickly. Perhaps PJs?
