Some quick thoughts on "Liberation Day," also known as "Liquidation Day." Obviously, these tariffs are way beyond anything the market expected. I think very little of Trump and the administration

Basketball is the best cardio by a mile IMO. I ride a bike for 20 minutes and I'm bored as F, but I'll run up and down a court for hours.

Even if you suck and don't play a real game, just running around a court shooting a ball and chasing your misses is great cardio lmao.

I'm the same way, I don't have the attention span to give myself a proper workout just running on my own. I need the context of a sport.

Has been in office less than two months.  But I'm sure the lefties here will find a reason to complain about this.

For the last time, the president doesn't control gas prices. He only controls egg prices.

We had a rowing machine -- a Hydrow. I really just didn't like it.

I'm all Peloton for now -- 6 days a week, 80 mins a day. I do Power Zone training, so it's all mathematical, which appeals to my sensibilities.

Try being less weak (poor)  🙂

Nice that's awesome.  that's a lot of work.  I've been on a mission to increase my vertical leap.  Playing in a 40 and over bball league (plus 1-2 days of pickup ball a week in the mornings).  Set a pie in the sky goal of being able to dunk, but I'll be happy with just being able to touch rim.  Bought this program called the Vert Code.  been pretty good so far.  Definitely have added a couple inches so far, and in general am more agile and explosive.

Unfortunately most americans don't understand how legislation is passed and that control of one or both chambers of congress is critical especially if congress is trying to make legislation that is veto proof.

Who would've thought a meme that misspelled borders would end up being an outright fabrication

Have they considered simply giving the birds ivermectin?

You know I kind of wonder how much of the self reported COVID cures after taking ivermectin was a placebo effect and how much was actually a result of them having parasitic infections that the ivermectin cured.

Thankfully, human parasitic infections in the US are pretty rare.  So I'd wager it's almost entirely placebo effect /willful ignorance
