Gonna need to root for DAL to beat them twice.

Meh, 5 division games, Atlanta, at a healthier NO, PItt. All games they could lose.

ofc that would happen when the Eagles have a chance to take first in the division

What's the prize for being first halfway through the season? We are basically tied with them. We're fine.

Doesn’t matter…they got lucky.  And they got lucky, at home, against a team that hasn’t played a good team yet.  They may have turned a corner in their organization (and they have), but they are not ready to win the division this year.

Lots of folks around here need to get a dog.  Lots of fear.  Eagles control their own destiny.  What's the issue?

We play Washington and their rookie qb twice.  If we needed the Bears to beat them to win the division, we didn’t deserve to win it.

This. I don't know why everyone is panicking all the sudden. We got our rhythm back. We are basically tied with them and play them twice. Just go beat them.

Damn, would have preferred thay they lost but now we just need to whip that a55!!

It must be such a gut punch to be a Bears fan the last 10ish years

I live in the Chicago area, and I’m sitting next to my stepson, a diehard Bears fan.  It’s, umm, a bit tense

Watching the replay, there’s two things I don’t get by the Bears. First, they had 2 guys covering a wide receiver 10-12 yard line. Even if that guy catches the ball he’s not getting into the end zone with everyone back. So why do you have 2 guys on that guy. Secondly Stevenson comes in doesn’t try to knock it down. Just tries to hit the ball. If you’re gonna come in and knock the ball down. Don’t just come in and hit the ball because what you did allow for it to go right to Noah Brown.

Poor kid.  Respect for him though.  He's building character right now.   We've been there.

Gotta knock it down.  Not knock it up.  Really really bad job by the Bears.

I agree with everything you post, and this is the voice that you post in.

What happened is exactly what you're not supposed to do IIRC

Yep….Exactly what I tried (still trying lol) to explain to him

It’s really on Stevenson. if he doesn’t come in at all and do what he did that ball falls short and it likely goes incomplete. Like you said gotta knock it down not just try and hit it up.

Washington isn’t some team to fear. Daniels threw a Hail Mary that would have been short, got a favorable tip on the ball, WR was in the right place at right time, OL got away with a blatant hold. They scooted by an ok bears team.

The 6ers actually won today too. What a day.

Commanders are legit.  And winning a game like that will push them to the next level.  They are a legitimate threat for the division.

It's too raw right now.

Just watched the replay of that hail mary again... and I saw they had a LB playing spy.   WHY?!   :nonono:.  Just send him on a blitz, forget about 'spying'.

Dude. STFU. It's Washington. We're basically tied. We still play them twice.  Go whine somewhere else.

They have an extremely easy schedule.  We are about to enter a tough stretch.

Hurts’s most complete game since 2022. This team has enough talent where 90% of the time it’s going to come down to him being smart with the ball and not turning it over. That was encouraging to see today and he’s been doing a better job of that the past three weeks.

Threw a bunch of balls over the middle too. What’s up with that?
