Tbh with the browns i think there’s a better chance they trade nick chubb then Garrett.

I was just looking at his stats. He fell off a cliff. Was it an injury or is he just washed?

Yes now imagine adding Garrett to the average DL.

Last time I played was Madden ‘94. Are things any different these days?

Just got back from his acl injury two weeks ago. Frankly the ravens run defense has been good. And week before their oline and Qb situation was a mess. I’d bet he starts looking better a couple weeks from now

I just remember "now that is big time football”

Out of curiosity, what would you estimate the percentage of times that Avonte Maddox would have stopped Chase on fourth and one if he had been lined up against him rather than DeJean?

Would it be 1%? 2%? 3%?

Pretty sure Davis said he’s not trading Crosby. Frankly they should but i think Davis won’t allow it

With Adams gone, if they trade Crosby...whose jersey are they selling to Raiders fans? Minshew?

Chubb? He just got back from a massive injury where his knee bent the complete wrong way and took him over a year to rehab.

0.01%.  The question is does he touch him as he flies past him.

He undoubtedly gets a good look at his cleats as he dives at Chase's ankles.

2018-2020 Avonte: 33%
2024 Avonte: 1%

Maddox sucks, so 0%

Couldn't keep up with Gesicki

Thoughts on yet another game where the stress level was low in the 4th quarter.

Offense

- OK, he had one bad throw. The throw to Gainwell was a potentially huge mistake. Other than that, that was the best Jalen has looked since Super Bowl 52. He threw over the middle, he threw deep, he stayed in the pocket. Hell, the read option even worked for a TD. Averaging almost 12 yards per attempt is just bananas. It finally feels like he is gaining comfort in the system and Kellen is learning how to play to his strengths -- the use of play action was nice to see. If we keep getting this Jalen Hurts, we can beat anyone.

- Not for nothing, but Jalen has beaten Mahomes, Josh Allen and Joe Burrow in the last 12 months. 3 of the consensus 4 best QBs in the game (Lamar). And he gets a shot at Lamar in a few weeks. Top 10 Jalen is back it seems.

- I feel like we aren't talking enough about Calcaterra filling in nicely for Goedert. This might be Goedert's last year in Philly, and there's no extra cap hit to cutting him next offseason even as a pre June 1. Feels like we are seeing our 2025 starting TE in action.

- Fred Johnson, take a bow. I thought Hendrickson could wreck the game, but Fred was hyped to play his former team. He gets Allen-Hines this week and then likely Parsons, so hopefully he can carry this forward. But he was awesome yesterday.

- Tyler Steen as well -- the guy is a starter in this league. I hope Stout never retires.

- Saquon, AJ and DeVonta are really good, but we knew that already.

Defense

- The bulldogs had another solid game -- Nolan with another sack, Carter getting pressure, Davis stopping the run, and Dean all over the place making plays. The young dogs are starting to grow up.

- After getting carved up with quick passes on the first drive, it seems we adjusted coverage and were tighter. Burrow made some insane throws, and Gesicki had great catches, on the FG drive. After that, we shut the Bengals down for the most part.

- Cooper DeJean has changed this defense by being physical, good in coverage, and simply not being Avonte Maddox. That 4th down stop was elite for a young player.

- Q just keeps looking solid. He's our best CB already.

- Hell of a play by Rodgers to have good coverage on Chase and knock the ball to CJGJ. I almost had a heart attack seeing a turnover by the defense.
