They traded their LT and are missing their LG. Their RG is banged up. WR2 is out. WR1 & 3 are legitimately questionable.

No excuses for the defense even if some of those guys play.

The Cardinals were at one time and got realigned.

There used to be 17 rounds of the draft. There used to be less games per year. There used to not be a salary cap. Rules change every year. The points system changed over time as well. The NFL started out without having the forward pass, and that was a controversy to allow a forward pass.

Things change and evolve. And having a team in Texas makes zero sense to be in the East division.

The Cardinals weren’t founding members of the NFCE like Philly, Dallas, NYG or DC.

In fact, the Chicago cardinals began in the western division when the NFL actually first broke the league into divisions back in 1933.

So no tradition there, unlike the big 4 of the NFCE.

Stop being a subversive and embrace tradition!

Run?  They spend a lot of time standing around.

Truly they really don’t…my understanding was the typical player runs nearly the equivalent of a marathon energy wise (with all the starting and stopping).  It’s def a boring sportz, but they def don’t stand around much.

How stupid is Fox to put Penn State and Ohio State at noon? That's a white out night game. Not an after breakfast game.

Maybe it’ll help PSU. Since they can never seem to beat Ohio State.. let’s change it up

Nobody even gets to really tailgate. Noon is just an incredibly stupid time to put one of the biggest games of the year. It starts at 10 where I live lol.

I think I could win the NFCE as Eagles QB

Right now so could I. It would save some airlines miles. The Giants and Patriots aren't likely to remain weak forever though. The Jets? Well ............

As a buckeye fan, I do not care what they do in happy valley, we own them

Anyone who has watched the Quarterback documentary on Netflix has to love Kirk…and wonder just why in the F Mariota was even part of it? Did Minshew and JaMarcus Russell turn it down?

Well there's only one undefeated team going into this game.......

You can still do that, most of the country does!

But it won’t be the same since we play them twice a year now. It’s not just hate anymore either. It’s absolute disgust. I just have downright inner anger that my therapist needs to sort out towards those fraud, front-running, pathetic excuse for a fan base.

My daughters are 3 and 1 and they both have "Dallas sucks” t-shirts.

And they don’t play Michigan this year, so that’s one less loss.

We should go back to leather helmets, and separate leagues of NFC and AFC, and remove the forward pass!

So this change would be good for your mental health, you could still hate on Dallas all you want just like Screamin A. Smith does, you could transfer some of that hate to Patriots fans, and we can dominate the pathetic Jets and Patriots franchises (now that Belicheat and Brady are gone).

Winning.

Two HOFs.  The two best at their position in this franchise's history.

Yes, because equipment materials and the number of teams in a league are equivalent to half century old sporting rivalries between some of the most storied franchises in the most storied division in the history of the sport.

You’re wrong, cosmically dumb take, and your eagles fan card has officially been REVOKED.

They need Franklin to get food poisoning or something...Top 10 teams are his Kryptonite....

The tailgates started at 6a.

I'm someone who admittedly doesn't watch college football so dumb question:

Is this a year where they are legit or is it just the way the schedule has been so far.

Rivalries matter.   It's what the NCAA is getting so wrong with this ridiculous realignment and mega conferences.  You don't break what ain't broke.

Rivalries matter to the fans.

If the owners and players are convinced that realignment would put more money in their pockets, it would happen in minutes.
