I am 100% sure that is complete and utter horse crap. It's propaganda put out by Harris or Peters traded to Schefter for the next heads up on a deal.

Jaguars playing the Eagles right now on ESPN U.

I’m sorry but I can’t accept a grown man destroying the property of another man, drunk or not, simply because he didn’t like what was said. People have a right to say what they want in public. Freedom of Speech is in the First Amendment. On the other hand, people do not have the right to destroy other people’s property simply because they are mad. That is actually a crime.

Kelce was a great player for us, but that’s no reason to blindly back anything he says or does.

Not really a good first amendment argument.  First amendment doesn’t give you carte blanche to defame another.  Yes, Kelce did destroy come personal property, which could be a crime but more likely a civil liability.

But I can assure you if that was my kid, he would pay to replace his own phone and have to write a public apology to Swift, Travis and Jason.  Think the discipline that Kelce imposed was not wholly inappropriate.  But if I was PSU, I would suspend that kid’s right to attend games and possibly consider a disciplinary action for the kid’s actions.

And at the least, send that kid to a sex ed class as he is obviously confused.

Well they will certainly be a better destination for free agents going forward.  It will be up to Howie and Co to keep the Eagles as one.  All that means is Washington is the new competitive rival as Dallas says bye-bye

Drafting a good QB doesn't make someone a good owner.

That's all true.  But Michigan isn't ranked right now, so that's sort of a moot point, isn't it?  And after today's game, that's not changing.  Not sure Michigan fans are in a position to crow at all either.    I'm pretty sure PSU would beat Michigan if they matched up this year.

I’m pretty sure you’re right and would not claim otherwise. I also admit that I despise PSU for the whole Sandusky thing. The program that claimed to be so pure was in my mind the worst of all. I acknowledge that the current program bears none of the earmarks of that Paterno holier than thou regime but I still can’t get past it and it colors my judgment. It’s like an original sin. The last few years I’ve limited myself to the occasional cheap shot at Franklin who’s a great recruiter but a terrible coach but I think I’ll stop that going forward. From here on out I’ll be PSU neutral unless they’re playing Michigan.

What is he going to sue him for besides replacing his phone?

That's all he'll be able to sue him for.  I doubt a judge is going to give the idiot any "emotional distress" money.

Kid definitely manned up against the alcoholic and pushed him to the ground after Kelce stole his phone and broke it.

Hiring a good front office and coaching staff does.

Ummm...

"The University of Michigan has agreed to pay $490 million in damages to the more than 1,000 former students, mostly male, who said they were sexually abused by sports doctor Robert Anderson, their lawyers confirmed Wednesday."

Kelce repeatedly using a gay slur is going to cost him way more than a new phone.

Are you justifying PSU here? Or are you sharing an awful corruption? Think about it. Both are beyond despicable. It seems to me that you are suggesting it’s business as usual.

Embiid went after Marcus hayes

Kelce was wrong b/c he's a 35 year old adult.

While it's irritating for a dumb, drunk schmuck to get in your face, Jason should know better, and I'll bet he got an earful from Kyrie.

I would have just looked him in the eye and asked him if he was still a virgin, because he seems so obsessed with my brother's sex life. And I'd have made sure someone was filming that with their phone, b/c whatever the kids responds, he's going to go viral on Facebook and won't show his face for a year.

The kid didn’t sound drunk actually. I find it funny that people continue to make excuses for the kid like what he did was fine and Kelce was way out of line. The response was warranted. He didn’t lay hands on the kid and the kid learned a valuable lesson today. What we say could potentially have consequences

I think what he’s saying is those who live in a glass house shouldn’t throw stones.  Do you despise Michigan?

Can you fill me in here? What did Hayes write?

Marcus Hayes got what he deserved.

Those who are saying Kelce was in the wrong are pus-bag losers - we clear?

No excuse at all. Kid was a punk but he is a HOF and a celebrity. You can't react to that. Provoked or not he needs to just walk away.

These clout chasing ****s with phones thinking they can say whatever they want to people’s faces deserve really good punishment-free ass whoopings. The world would be a better place.
