I swear more teams go for two because analytics say go for it in that situation and most of them fail to get it then screws them over later

The kid's definitely loser but still faces consequences, both current and future, if he puts his name out there willingly. I wouldn't be shocked at all if we never hear another thing about this because he knows the downside of outing himself clearly outweighs the upside. It was obvious that he was trying to goad Kelce into assault (which is where the real payday comes into play) and even pushes Kelce trying to get it, but Kelce showed enough restraint to not give him what he wanted.

 Kelce acted like an immature idiot and takes the L against someone who has had very few wins in life.  Lowered himself to that level.

Watching Allen run around making plays with his arm.. anytime hurts runs around, it’s RARE he ever completes a pass. Wonder why

If there's no risk for this kid as you imply, then a lawsuit is a foregone conclusion and we'll eventually find out much more about him when he files it. If not, then Kelce showed enough restraint to not give him what he actually wanted but still stood up for his brother in a way that didn't really damage himself in the process. If I had to guess, he'll be the bigger man, apologize publicly, pay to replace the phone, and that'll be the end of it.
