The shove is no longer an automatic play for us….which means they’ll continue to shoe horn it in to every drive as many times as possible.

Of course he could be better.  But there is also a reason why they have played the way they have played.  Ben Johnson is using Goff the same way the Eagles are using Hurts.   

Well, not ‘exactly’…(because Hurts can also run)… but my point is that they are remaining extremely run/pass balanced.  

I just think we have seen the Lions ceiling, while we have not yet seen the Eagles.  Now it has to be said, we might not even see it this year… That’s up to the Birds.  But I do think we have seen the Lion’s ceiling…it’s just whether or not they can keep it up

Another silent game from Quinyon, and that’s the best possible thing you can say about him. 1 catch for 11 yards. Teams aren’t even throwing his way anymore.

I think the lions defense can definitely get better. I also think their offense is going to be better if Jamison William isn’t suspended. To me the Eagles getting better relies on the fact that AJ Brown is healthy. If AJ Brown is out for an extended period of time or he’s out for the season their ceiling is way lower.

I saw the "7” on the Nakobe pick and thought for a half second he finally got one at the best time

Today they failed on it twice.  Before today it was fine. 

Give credit to Jax.  They did something right today.  Doesn't mean it's no longer automatic. 

I'd prefer only using it on 1 yard or less.  When we need 2 yards it makes me nervous using it.

Hasn’t been the same this year without Kelce, which is understandable. 

Not nearly as easy as it used to be, and it’s getting stopped more regularly.

Just a dumb take.....it was inches, well inside a yard! If you are not confident, kick the FG!

For the love of god, either one those two would have been OK options. WTF they ended up calling instead was certainly not a sensible option in that game scenerio.
