But what IS interesting...if the success continues...Moore will get his HC offers in the offseason.  And if Moore found a way to unlock Hurts and run this offense in a fashion reminiscent of 2022...how do you let him leave?  It's going to be a problem.

You don't. You fire Sirianni into the sun and let Moore have a crack at it.

While I tentatively agree, that is a lot easier for us to post than it is for the owner to actually do it.

These throws are why we can play with anyone in a playoff game.

i'd let moore and vic keep doing their job and let stoutland handle the team on sunday

I really do not mean this as a Hurts criticism....but I do think they/he made his job easier after the bye.  I think they incorporate more designed runs with both Barkley and Hurts, condensed his reads and decision-making.

While I am still somewhat frustrated this was necessary for a $250m qb, there can be no doubt that his net QB production has been outstanding for the last 2 weeks.  Hurts is running in the way he did in 2021...the overall volume and efficacy of the ground game through Barkley/Hurts is generating opportunities in the passing game.  With the quality of the top 2 WRs and teams loading boxes to deal with the run (and Hurts' excellent accuracy on deep balls), it hasn't really been necessary to make a ton of decisions or target 3rd reads in this offense.

That's fine...Hurts isn't the first QB to have a coach digest a lot of the offense for them (we see it with great success in LA and SF).

Nick's evil genius is making sure our PPG doesn't get too high so Moore can't get a HC this offseason...

Lmao

I posted that Tweet about his pressures earlier, but I feel like we aren't appreciating how dominating Jalen Carter has been because of the lack of sacks. He's clearly the best player on defense.

Again, if we go into the play offs with a season of 11 wins or better, the chances of Sirianni being fired are between slim and none and slim would involve a scandal outside of football.

The fact is a 4 season head coaching career with a record of 46-23 (.667) puts him in pretty rare air.

I said this last week, you’re good to run into the Lions. I thought the Eagles were pretty fortunate to be up 16 to 0 at the half. Without that special teams fumble, the Eagles are likely looking like it’s only 10 to nothing if that. To me against the Lions you have to score touchdowns. You can’t settle for field goals. And you can’t make mistakes or failure to convert on 4th downs. You saw what happened to Green Bay. That game was close till the end of the first half. Then not capitalizing on scoring opportunities (missed field goal and drop tds) and mistakes got them and it turned into a blowout.

I think a one and done postseason for the 3rd time in 4 years could be his undoing.

Especially since players are repeatedly complaining already, even after wins.

Not a prayer, Head Coaches don't get sacked off 3 straight double digit win seasons with 3 separate sets of coordinators. Can you think of another example of it happening? Hell there are at least 3 coaches who survived 3 consecutive double digit loss seasons.

It looks like he was slightly limping and I also think because he stepped out of bouncy probably thought don’t throw it to me otherwise we’re gonna get penalized. But it’s still a bad look

Nothing has ever happened, until it happens. Put up a performance like this team has, where they got blown out to a mediocre Tampa team twice in the WC round, and yes I think it’s very possible.

I don't know. He seems to be limping a bit. I don't remember him having a history of being a poor teammate or anything. Probably just a flukey thing.

Part of me wonders, because he went out of bounce by accident that he knew if Williams threw to him that they were gonna throw terribly flag for him touching it. So stay out of the play and not allow Caleb Williams to throw it to him

Players, or fans??

I don't like the Saints.  Not to a level of SF, Tom Brady led New England or dallas, but up around Seattle and Tampa Bay level.  The fans are good people though. Great place to go to a game, obviously.

There's that, too. Maybe he thought Williams also went out?

Maybe. I think it’s more he was like why confused Caleb Williams thinking he can throw it to me and if he does, we’re gonna be penalized.

Dennis Allen sucks and Carr sucks, but this has been a long time coming. They've been putting off a rebuild for years and it was always a matter of time before the bubble burst for them. They have a meh roster and are like 70m over the cap. They're a mess and no good coach is going to go there in the offseason. They should have hit the detonate button 3 years ago.

Good thing they just extended Kamara

Wonder if howie will get some dline help
