I love how it is so much easier to watch the games illegally than it is legally. The NFL needs to stop requiring so many different platforms to watch the game.

I think I'm officially old now because it seems so much more difficult to find a stable, decent quality stream these days vs just paying for the legal steaming service.

Will coach the Patriots when Mayo fails. Following a Belichick legend with an even better legend in Franklin.

Regulate Hate.  Since the Civil Rights Act, we as a nation have sought to criminalize hate.  Not only nationally but throughout the states.  The application of who could be protected has morphed through the years but at this point, slow drivers are not yet a protected class, kind of.  I would be remiss in mentioning that road rage is a chargeable offense.

Remember George Carlin’s seven words you can’t say on TV?  He was arrested for that bit. I keep waiting for my arrest because when I encounter slow drivers I tend to use all seven of those words in describing how I feel about the driver, who is inevitably in front of me.

I probably should have worded it "regulate hate away." There is no legislation in the world that will end hate. As you described, there's a lot of morphing going on in that pursuit. Road rage is just an emotion that some people have doing a specific task. Road rage isn't a problem. Getting angry isn't a problem. It's natural. Using anger to harm someone else can be against the law. But that requires a specific act that is already defined as against the law.

I would argue that imprisoning a person for voicing hate, will not rehabilitate that person, but would more likely cause that hate to fester over time and cause others with similar feelings to  resent more people as well. IMO, people just need to learn that the only person they can change in this world is themselves. By changing yourself, you will have some influence on others that know you and that can be positive or negative depending on how you change.

Legend at beating up on bad teams that is for sure

Calling James Franklin a good coach is a take.

Mykel Williams is such a beast. Is my favourite draft prospect and #1 target for the Eagles.

Interesting. BTW, Truman Capote’s assistant when he was working on that book was Harper Lee.

Yup. And it has long been rumored that he was in fact the real author of To Kill a Mockingbird. I don’t believe it but some people have made that assertion.

I’ve read In Cold Blood about a half dozen times over the years. In the movie, a bunch of locals were played by the actual people. Also they used the real house, which I’ve always found to be kind of unbelievable. But it’s apparently true.

We're probably not drafting in the top 5....

He's not projected as a top 5 in the last few months. Most mocks have him as the 5th DL off the board.

Long way to go though.

Williams is a beast.

Hate that he got hurt today on that cheap and low block from Mafah.

Hopefully it's a minor injury and won't linger.

Would be thrilled if he fell to 32 next draft

Big boards

Yahoo (Nate Tice): 1
The Athletic (Dane Brugler): 14
ESPN (Field Yates): 2

Conservatively, he's getting drafted high.

I think Carter and Pearce are ahead of him. Maybe Scourton.

I've seen, Pearce, Carter, Scourton, and the two Michigan guys ahead of him.

Perkins is all over the place.

For Fangio's system, I think he and Howie will love Harold Perkins.

Perkins is a realistic target where the Eagles should be picking.

The simulators have him consistently falling to the late 20s.

Would trade up from 32 if he falls into that range.

Malachi Starks is phenomenal.

Shame Eagles don't need early secondary picks next year in the draft.

He probably goes Top 15 anyways.

I wouldn’t be opposed to us going OL round 1 and 2 next year. Cam will need a new contract after this season as he doesn’t have a fifth year option, so a lot is riding on how he plays

I love Starks and would be fine taking him in RD1, positional value be damned.

Eagles will trade up for a DL or OL next year. No chance Howie is neglecting those areas twice with premium assets and since he took a year off using a top 2 pick on DL or OL he's gonna be chomping at the bit to get a good one. The Eagles like to move up anyway, Howie will be dying to do it next year.

They definitely need to draft an OT early next draft. They will probably also go after an edge rusher early.

It would be really awesome to see Jalyx Hunt boom this year

I think DE is more likely than OT in RD1.

Lane is likely to play 2 more years, don't see Howie stashing a RD 1 OT on the bench.

The 2025 draft is going to be filled with EDGE talent. By sheer numbers, it's the most likely position.

Between the safety concerns, fans not being allowed to wear green, and the X thing, they should cancel the game there and play it in Philly as they should have initially. I mean who was the rocket scientist that sent two teams with green colors to a stadium where you can't wear green for safety concerns and though it was a good idea?

Im all for it

Lurie already increased my season tickets this year and lost a home game. Make it right NFL, bring it back to Philly
