Slay, Graham, Bradberry, and possibly Huff all June 1sts

Can only do 2 June 1sts per year and they seem earmarked for Bradberry & Slay.

10-0

Go Texans

I think Huff will stay. Slay is definitely gone.

Im liking Ringo replacing Slay next year with the rest of the secondary as-is…

I am guessing Graham retires.

You have $ on Houston? lol

Just wanna see the Lions lose. I mean, duh.

This should be nicknamed the bitcoin secondary.  Or maybe the crypto cbs.

2022…maybe the best secondary in the nfl at one point.

2023…worst secondary in the nfl.

2024…getting close to one of the best again.

Nice win for the stat sheet, but i still have some serious concerns about the O.  It’s either a big play or lean on Barkley when it’s successful.  I’d really love to see some more diverse clock control drives.

The defense however is really coming into it’s own.

Bullseye but that combination is ideal with the talent.   Ride Barkley because he is that good and the OL thrives on runs.   AJ and Devonta are so good at catching long passes. And Hurts gets it there pretty well. They do a good job of controlling the clock.  Really like getting away from the throws at the LOS.

They are going to have to throttle down on Barkley if they want him to be Barkley deep in the playoffs.  It’ll take restraint and a flame suit.  I wouldn’t even mind seeing him sit out a couple games in December.

We almost need a WCO outlook, but more run heavy. Lots of runs and short passes where Hurts can get the ball out quick. RB screens, WR slants, little outs to the TE.

That will keep the blitzing and pressure in check. Then mix in the long stuff. But the long developing routes aren’t working for Hurts. Even the long balls he throws, he’s not holding the ball that long.

If they take care of business against Washington and the Rams they will be 9-2 with 6 games to go.   Also the NFC is very top heavy this year.   They are clearly with the top teams in the Conference.

I don’t think this offense can function without at least the threat of him running.

We need a legit backup RB next year. Take a guy in the second round who could be a quality starter.

Until then, we paid Barkley to be the man and the pass game isn’t reliable enough to lean on.

Those Houston uniforms are clown suits.  Just wear the regular red

Maybe check out Houston teams. UH has a similar uniform when they go red.  So do the Rockets.

That CB Arnold that DET drafted right after us stinks.

Both our DB picks are better than him.

Only only do 2 early, that’s Slay and maybe Huff.

Can wait til after June 1 and do Bradberry and Graham

Hope there is a rematch in the Super Bowl

Eagles will make it right

Coop is the answer

I think Buffalo beats them next week.

A frustrated Jerry Jones had some comments about the sun impacting play at AT&T Stadium: "By the way, we know where the sun is going to be when we decide to flip the coin or not. We do know where the damn sun is going to be in our own stadium.”

Why not put up curtains over the windows?

Jerry: "Well let’s tear the damn stadium down and build another one? Are you kidding me?

"Everybody has got the same thing. Every team that comes in here has the same issues.

"I’m saying, the world knows where the sun is. You get to know that almost a year in advance. Someone asked me about the sun. What about the sun? Where’s the moon?”

Great win, but the Eagles could learn a lesson from Army. Dallas has a trash rush defense. The Eagles have a dominate run game. This should have been the gameplan from the first snap. Instead, they went pass happy when it was clear that the Eagles couldn't stop the pass rush and Jalen as showing terrible pocket presence. I hope they don't let the win get in the way of fixing their early game issues. It was almost another case of the Eagles doing the exact opposite of the obvious.

Dejean is more fun to watch…he’s emerging as a punt returner, can step up and make plays at the LOS, tackles well, and can go man to man against a WR1.

But really…what Mitchell is doing is more impressive.  From week 1.  He just goes out there and gives up zero separation.  A rookie with zero career INT and teams have stopped throwing at him.

Again…a rookie with zero int. They tried to go after him in the GB game week 1.   I don’t think anyone is afraid of him, too early for that.  He just gives up so little and gives QBs bad targets.
