Kenny is JAG - doesnt scare anyone so doesn't add that dimension to the O. We haven't really seen enought of Shipley so not sure on what we have with him yet. Certainly hasnt blown me away but he's also really only been in end of game situations with backup OL

Why extend Gainwell? He’s the JAG of JAGs.

The way I see it, our offense has always been best when it’s built around the run. You can go back to Westbrook taking us to the playoffs with Garcia at QB. You can look at our SB winning year. 
 

Clearly Hurts is not a Brady or Manning where he is just smarter and more precise than the opposing defensive coordinator.

So we need a legitimate starting caliber backup behind Barkley. Barkley probably only has a year or two left after this season anyway, and we want to be able to rest him or handle Barkley getting injured without a huge drop in effectiveness.

I think next draft is going to be offense heavy. I’d be looking at a RB in the 2nd or 3rd round. An OL early. Even a QB if the right player is available.

My guy was Achane a few drafts ago. Would have been a decent backup…

The lions being down just 16 with 4 turnovers feels like the Texans are allowing them to hang around and might bite them in the ass.

He’s excellent but the talk of him being a top 3 DL in the league is way overblown.  

That was a huge play for the Texans. Felt like of the lions got off the field with a 3 and out that the momentum had completely flipped.

Texans dont have enough on O atm.

Close to the game we had vs Buccs without the top two weapons (though not as bad becaus they are way deeper than us at that position).

Well that was a huge INT for the lions. poor throw by stroud. 

Hurts is no Mahomes/Allen, but he's sure better than these chumps.

That will keep the blitzing and pressure in check. Then mix in the long stuff. But the long developing routes aren’t working for Hurts. Even the long balls he throws, he’s not holding the ball that long.

Hurts doesn’t get the ball out quick. So if he is going to hold it then have two of the best WRs in the league run the DB into submission and heave it long.

Just as much as I don't care about an Eagles fan like you constantly pitching about Hurts has he continues doing things no other Eagles QB has do e as the Eagles extend their win streak to 5.
