Someone convince me to be happy with this win. Hurts has me worried.

We beat a Superbowl contender

While having zero pre-season snaps for starters

With 2 new coordinators in their first game with the team

Enjoy the win.

Malik Willis suuuuucks

Totally disagree. Brotherly shove is the highest converting play in that situation in the history of the league.

And if you’re worried about Hurts jitters, do you really want him making a handoff in the back field with a free run for the defense into your end zone?

Yeah... with Kelce.   Since he's been off the field, how automatic has it been?

I’m hoping for Jordan loves sake it’s not a high ankle sprain. But it kind of looks like that’s what it might be

Looked like a knee - that sucks

Bring back sticks defense

Any qb in the nfl who can throw 50 yards is interchangeable on this play.

Disagree. They added more motion than last year. There’s wasn’t much else complex.

This game has been a mix of last year’s offense and the new one.

From a micro perspective, they’ve made some mistakes on offense and Hurts could do better but from a "macro” perspective scoring 34 points, first game out (against a playoff team) in a new offense (mixed or not) is pretty darn good.

Didn’t look good for Jordan love

Yup

sack this guy. come on.

Doesn’t really seem like it. It feels like they did some dumb 50/50 blend

Nope, don't try to put extra here on Sirianni. Can't say he's a cheerleader when it's convenient and then say that it's clearly half Sirianni when it's not working. Looks more to me like QB1 just doesn't understand what the hell he's supposed to do. Holding onto the ball too long just like before, taking shots when he shouldn't, etc. Maybe Moore kept some stuff to keep Hurts comfortable, but that's on him. Sirianni is a cheerleader, let's keep the narrative clear.

Yes, because it’s worked out so well tonight with the tush push? They’ve actually failed more times tonight than they probably have over the last two years. It’s not Jason Kelce anymore. crap like that is more likely because you don’t have Jason kelce doing it.

yes, I’m also more comfortable with Jurgens doing a normal snap as he’s done it far more frequently in college and in the pros.

Barkley has been hit in the backfield multiple times this game. You’re over thinking it because of Hurts rage.

It was the correct call both from a conversion perspective and a safety perspective.

No

Yep.  Pretty much.

That’s arguing both sides out of your mouth. If Moore has to use a lot of last years staples then it’s not complex

Disagree, they added motion in the first half and forgot after.  It’s all trash.

so, not Hurts.

Zach Baun is my favorite LB in a while!

BAUN!

This was a week 1 slopfest in South America on a Friday.  Win is a helluva lot better than a loss

Exactly. If it was Jason kelce then go ahead and do it. I’m much more comfortable with him doing it. However Jergens hasn’t played all that much. And he hasn’t practiced all that much. The thing he’s probably way more confident and comfortable and is doing a normal snap and a normal formation. Don’t make it harder for him when he hasn’t had all that much time at center to begin with

Nice green dog
