To be fair he did get a new OC and new C. Plus there's rust

But he has too many weapons for this to be a repeat occurrence this season. He should be playing like an MVP

I don't know many coordinators who instruct players to throw into triple coverage or to throw across their body, do you?

Pointing the finger for what, a win?

It is my opinion that fans that don't care for certain players look for any and every reason to form a gripe about that player and act like everybody else in the league plays perfect, mistake-free football.

Didn't we hear that exact thing last season?

We were 10-1 and winning! Who cares if it's not pretty?

You know the rest of the story.

I remember when we played the Jets his rookie year. He about killed Josh Sweat. Total physical domination. I couldn’t take my eyes off him. The next Jonathan Ogden, I thought.

How Douglas and Saleh could not only let him go but  essentially forced him out, blows my mind. Ah, the Jets.

Taijuan Walker sucks as a reliever as much as he does as a starter.

So that means some people spent 11 weeks being optimistic and enjoying the season until the final 7 weeks or so while others were just miserable the entire time.

Do they really know or are just throwing out everything to be right when Packers give the official word?

We’re gonna know what grade it is based on if they put him on short term IR. If he goes on IR it’s definitely a grade 2 because he’s not gonna be healthy enough in 2 to 3 weeks to return to they think he needs more time so likely not a grade one. If he doesn’t go on IR it’s probably a grade one cause they believe he’ll be back in 2-3.

He shouldn’t be on the team. He should’ve been designated for assignment like months ago. He's the FO and Phillies sunk cost fallacy.

Miserable people tend to get angrier when others don't appear to be as miserable as they are.

I don’t think anyone’s actually miserable. There was a lot of good but also a lot of bad last night. Just depends if you’re wired half glass full or half glass empty.

I already predicted you'd say that. See below:

There's a big difference between saying that after game1 and saying that every week for the next 10 games. People were just as concerned after a week 1 struggle vs the supposedly pitiful Lions in 2022 and that season turned out alright. This isn't 2022, nor is it 2023. But seeing a team with new coordinators trying to find itself in it's first meaningful game struggle in some aspects should be considered normal --- unless you're going to throw out decades of history backing that up.

As I've gotten older I've gotten more into just taking it as it comes.  It feels like some people are judging success as 'is the team I just watched good enough to win the Super Bowl today?' Honestly as everyone around here knows, things rarely work out.  If you can only be happy on that standard then you're not in for much enjoyment watching the games

The fighting Tony Romo’s beat Notre dame

If was season ending I would have called Brady

Could you imagine if the Packers actually signed Tom Brady. if you were a Packers fan in the last 30 years you would’ve seen Brett Favre, Aaron Rodgers and Tom Brady play football for you. That’s ridiculous.

Their HC was very emotional afterwards too. Had the waterworks going on.

MAC school taking down a top 5?   Yeah, that's more rare than winning the Super Bowl.

You guys ended The Tom Brady Patriot dynasty basically! I know they won a Superbowl the next season but after that the Pats haven’t won a playoff game and have sucked ever since.

Nah.   That was Father Time.  Still undefeated.

I’d argue with New England it was more because by the end of his time there the talent they had around him was just not all that good. In Tampa Father Time got him after two years.

He was better than he was in his first SB win in 2001. Legitimate win.

Wow Iowa State

Our defense played waaaaay better last night than we did all of last year.

I agree miserable might be strong but glass half empty is not happy and I think glass half empty is even a bit tame to describe some of the complaints

No doubt, but I was referring to ending their run.  That was no human effort.  It was aging out.
