The OL they let leave were drafted by them too.   He usually focuses more on flash.

Has a team ever in reality or theoretically been the owner of the 1st pick of the draft 3 years in a row?  Somehow the Panthers might be worse than last year.

Maybe Tampa Bay when they first entered the league.   I think it took them until Year 3 to actually get a win.
