Part of the joy of hating the Cowboys is watching their early season success/cockiness crash down as the end of the year comes. It's worth dealing with these early season wins.

Yep we go through this every year with Dallas where the We dem boys crowd struts their stuff early in the season. It's a re-run with the same ending

Watching QB play around the league this week really puts Hurts' performance into perspective.

He needs to quit with the dumb interceptions, but the TATE meltdown on Friday was unnecessary.

Now let's go whup the Falcons.

I don’t think you can say it’s unnecessary to expect competent play from a QB in his what, 5th year?  What the rest of the league does has no bearing.  All those fan bases can do the same thing we did.

Dallas didn’t look all that impressive either.  Watson literally is out there playing like he doesn’t care.

First Sunday of the NFL season had allot of garbage games. Hope tonight is a good game.

They do look good, but it's the Browns. The Cowboys always look good unfortunately. It's a matter of them falling apart when it matters most.

Statistically the browns defense wasn’t bad. The ST giving up a TD and Watson’s/offenses ineptitude from about midway through the second quarter onward gave Dallas excellent field position pretty much most of the rest of the game.

Rams are down like 3 corners and Oline is already banged up.

Watson had njoku wide open middle of the field for an easy first down.

that should’ve been caught by cooper.

Watson definitely going to need a massage after getting hit on 46% of his drop backs

1. Hype for Dallas’ implosion was unfounded and unrealistic.  They are a good team.

2.  They aren’t going anywhere or winning anything.  And I think, at this point, even a fast start isn’t going to get anyone on their bandwagon outside of a few people in Dallas.

Baker becoming a better QB than Watson is a diabolical joke for Browns fans.

Yep, it's not even close at this point and I'm not a big Baker guy

It’s funny cause the commentator did it twice in the game

I think it's more the Browns being trash than the Cowboys being good tbh.

I don’t care what it looks like, it’s a "W” on the road, first game of the year, against a playoff team from a year ago. Good start.

Youngsters held their own for the most part.

Could be costly though…the injury to Ferg doesn’t look good.

Think it’s can’t have two backup OTs start and Watson looking like dog crap and expect to be close/win.

Browns shot off fireworks on a garbage time TD down 17 with 30 seconds to go. 🤣🤣🤣

For the fantasy managers that started Jerome ford

Yea, the Browns are down their OTs but damn, the Cowboys have dynamic pass rushers. They always do, no matter what. Frustrating.

One last bit on the ‘unnecessary QB play tantrum’.  This team had the miracle run to the SB a few years ago, but the Jekyll and Hyde act started that year.  They went half the year not being able to score in the 1st quarter or do anything, putting up IIRC close to 50% of their total O in the 2nd quarter alone.  That’s lost by the fact that we were a few plays away from another trophy.  Last year, the inconsistency continued for the entire season but they limped to that historic start, followed by the historic end of season collapse.  The team is far too talented to be immune to criticism.

The current NFL has 2 blueprints for winning a SB it seems.

1. Have Mahomes as your QB

2. Have a cost controlled rookie QB.

Look around the league.  Jax (if they actually have fans), Dallas, Chargers, Miami, Arizona, Pitt and Baltimore.  To a lesser extent Detroit with Goff’s on the road woes.  You think they aren’t having the same talks we are?

not to get political but going well for giants fans

Who whined like a little girl?

How much longer is Cleveland stuck with Watson? Fully guaranteed deal. Browns ownership are morons.
