@Joe Ball has been nothing but respectful ever since he started posting her last season.  He knows his football and adds substance to the dialogue whenever he posts.  He has proven to be able to take some serious ribbing in the past , so you dissing him will no doubt roll off his back like water off a duck.

Of course you of all people would miss the sarcasm in my post.

I've never had a negative thing to say about @Joe Ball

But you would not know that.

So glad you get to be the moral compass here.

Thanks for the correction.

Do you ask an alcoholic to use beer more responsibly?

Of course not, but we're talking about NFL coaches. If they can't handle that much in the long term, don't you think we have a way bigger problem on our hands? It's okay to, in the short term, make some mistakes and lean on it too much as long as you learn from it. But in the long term? If you can't figure that out, then we probably need to move on, yeah?

You are very charitable

You are right.  I missed the sarcasm.  My bad.

I’ve lived in the North, the South, the East, and for the last 26 years in the West.  I guess that does make me a Compass, but not sure whether it is moral or immoral. The jury is still out on that one.

I never mean malice on this Blog or any of these pages. I'm here for knowledge above my pay grade on Eagles football and interactions with fellow football nuts like myself. I post memes and gifs when it feels witty and appropriate.

I'm 40, single, and a functioning alcoholic.

My moral compass broke 20 years ago.

I think I could beat Mcnabb in a 40.

I come here to get knowledge above, below, and at my pay grade on eagles football and I still haven’t figured out which of the 3 is most reliable.

Reading the Falcons sub it seems like the belief is that Kirk isn't fully healed and showed no mobility or power in his throws.  Only took snaps out of shotgun because he can hardly move at all.

One of my favorite sayings….I can relate. I come here for the same reasons, y’all are fun, I can handle some crap talk, I mean it is the interwebz…

Honestly never thought I would have stuck around and post as much as I have but y’all didn’t kick me out of the nest too early so I feel like I am accepted for the most part.

Yup.  I don't have a lot of trust in Nick.

Love that play. So tough for LBs to defend

The single biggest beef Eagles fans have with Cowboys fans is that we perceive them as front runners from the 90’s with no real connection to the team.  That was a loooong time ago.

Shouldn’t be that hard to respect and jaw with a legit cowgirl fan who wants to talk football.  You’ve suffered as much as we have at this point.

I only said what I did because you were accepted here as part of the Blog.

Thought it would be laughed at instead of criticized.

Fact. All the failures since 1995…thirty years worth.

Yup.  I don't have a lot of trust in Nick.

He's not the one orchestrating the offense though, is one thing. I dunno. Give people room to grow in my opinion, and if that room to grow eventually strangles them, then you need to move on. However, in my opinion, one season isn't really fair to make that call on.

I've said this to a lot of people by now, but I'm very serious about this - one bad season should not result in the entire fanbase turning against a head coach. His worst season was on a similar level to Chip Kelly's best, but people gave Chip way more benefit of the doubt.

You don't need to put guardrails for your head coach when it comes to plays. If you do, you need a new head coach. It is okay for this to happen for one season, sometimes people need to learn. Sometimes costs for one season are sunk. It happens, the NFL is definitely much more complex in terms of planning and preparation than any of us fans understand.

But in the long term, you can't. If he strangles himself with the play, then you fire him and move on.

Rams doing a good job moving the ball since the first drive considering their oline isn’t completely healthy.

i jinxed them. Kupp should’ve caught that ball

No harm no foul, I really laughed at the brokeback comment…

I honestly could go to a cowboys board. I just like the vibe here, I’ll just hang here until I don’t or get asked to move on, but the last thing I’ll do is get offended.

Y’all’s back yard, I’m just a guest and glad to be here. Good times.
