That's part of it but Steelers defense is good too. Watt, Queen, Fitzpatrick, lots of talent at every level.

Steelers defense is good. However between broncos and panthers I’m not sure who has a worse offense. I tend to lean panthers 

I know everyone is invested in the Chiefs game...but quick question...the 2026 Hassan Reddick 3rd round pick.  Is that locked in?  I know it *can* be upgraded to a 2nd, but that's not happening.  I mean...can we lose the pick if he fails to play this season and report?  Or if he's immediately traded by the Jets?  Just wondering if there is any weird fine print or if that 3rd round pick is locked in to us.

This trade shows there is so much more behind the scenes that has to impact decisions.  I didn't want to make a major financial commitment to Reddick and applauded Howie for trading him at the time.  Technically, the mere fact that he's holding out doesn't make me (or Howie) right or wrong.  I vote no, but maybe he would have played up to the big money deal he wants.

But the Eagles knew this holdout was coming.  It doesn't take a brilliant GM to figure that out...just keep an ear to the ground.  Trading him wasn't a stroke of brilliance, just a rational thing to do.  On the other hand, how the Jets actually traded for someone that was advertising he was going to hold out without a new deal......

Yeah Panthers are garbage too. Titans and Giants aren't far behind either.

Gesicki has been as solid pick up for the bengals so far.

We get the pick no matter what. He passed his physical as he did visit the Jets facility to complete the trade.

The more interesting thing is whether it automatically gets upgraded to a 2nd if he's traded. Depends how the trade details were worded.

Gotta catch that.

If the answer is NOT no…then I’d figure the Jets won’t trade him.  Because any trade would essentially be Reddick and a 2 for a 3 and change.  So they’d just eat it at that point…I’d think.  They obviously didn’t do their homework the first time around.
