Brandon Graham is done. He shouldn’t have been brought back. Huff can’t get off a block to save his life. I fully expect the Eagles to make a move for a DE.

And what we need in those games is our offense to be the offense it’s meant to be… a top 5 offense.

This isn’t going to be a top 5 offense.  We can’t throw reliably enough.

In normal circumstances, you definitely should go for it based on the analytics. Part of the rationale is that the other team is pinned deep in their own end if you fall to convert and their chances of ending their drive with pts is much less than compared to after a kickoff. But in this scenario at the end of the half, you lose that benefit. I still think you go for it from 3 yards out but it's less of a no-brainer.

An inferior team on the road without drastic consequences if you don’t covert with no time left? I go for it almost every time

I’m so sick of the "analytics say go for it” logic. It doesn’t take momentum into consideration and the offense is down their best receiver. That was a layup field goal decision in what is looking to be a tight game. This meathead mentality of going for every 4th and 5 or less outside of a 4th and inches is stupid.

It has the talent to be.

Patrick Johnson would be an immediate upgrade

Patrick Star would be an upgrade.

Play more Booker. Better than our entire line in one play.

Also, is it me or is Jalen Carter on the ground constantly?

Almost everyone has. Milton Williams has been blown off the ball several times. Carter either slips and falls or gets blown off the ball. Davis did multiple times. Huff getting tossed like a rag doll. I don't get it because all of these players individually have played much better than this. This is the worst every one of them have played in their career all in the same game.

Maybe the offense should give some real production. If you give up 6 points in the first half, with our offense, you should be winning the game by at least a touchdown.

Yeah they're not playing very well there either.

All game it seems

looks like the same team playing late last season , nothing has changed  but oc and dc. nick should have been gone too.

I would love to be more upset if the rest of our front 6 weren't getting blown off the ball.

My kingdom for some heavier boxes and run blitzes. Fangio truly betting on Cousins self-destructing. Fair, but....

Maybe our first round picks at DT can make some plays. Maybe our expensive edge rushers? Maybe our first round edge who isn’t even better than a guy we cut earlier today?

Sadly he’s made more plays this game than sweat, huff, smith, Davis and Carter combined.
his sack that was negated bec of a penalty is the best play the dline has made

Not at the QB position

Need to win this game because no chance of beating the Saints without AJ and no chance of beating the Bucs without him either if he isn't ready for that one too.

I thought 4th and 6 was a little too far to go for it there.

I've been pointing this out since last year. I got mocked for saying something about it. Fact of the matter is, he plays out of control. He won't be good until he learns how play under control but aggressive at the same time.

If he can be a top 10-12 QB (which he can be) then with the talent we have yeah it can be.

Should be at least 10-6. If Hurts ran that 3rd down to the left in the RZ maybe 17-6.

BG is their best DL right now sadly.

I thought it was 4th and goal from the 3.

We have every reason to be upset. It's just not good enough.

Will be highly irritated if we do not see any blitzed this second half. We aren't getting any pressure this season otherwise.  Carter isn't taking that next step and no one else is capable of generating pressure on their own along our line

I feel pretty confident that the 2024 Eagles are going to be the 2023 Eagles without the collapse and without the inexplicably lucky 10-1 run at the beginning.  They’ll play like the team from early/mid 2023, just won’t ring up that many wins.
