Bryce Huff's pass-rush win rate over the last few seasons:

2022: 25.6% (1st)
2023: 22.9% (3rd)
2024: 6.9% (T-146th)

But it isn't the system

Can we find a way to kidnap Kris Kocurek?

It isn’t the system. He’s just playing like crap.

The Eagles don't have much invested in Sirianni, so he can go anytime.  Right now, the Eagles look like a 9-8 team who will be pretty good one week and pretty bad the next.  If that's how this season plays out, folks will get their wish and Sirianni will be gone.

Their larger problem right now (IMO) is they have a lot invested in players who aren't doing much of anything.  Davis, Carter, Nolan Smith, Huff and Sweat on the DL.  These guys are counted on to be big contributors with Cox gone and Graham going.  They need to step up.

7 points from the offense again last night in the first half.  That was the beginning of the wheels falling off last season.  Just like SEA last year, they let an inferior team hang around and hang around all game, and it burnt them in the last two minutes.  As bad as the defense was on the last drive, they got off the field with a turnover on downs in 4 plays the previous drive.  They gave the offense the ball at the ATL 39 to salt the game away, and the offense didn't get it done.

Looking pretty good feels like a stretch. They really haven't looked pretty good since Buffalo last year. It's becoming a pattern and the sample size keeps growing.

It's getting close to needing a major organizational shakeup. They tried their half measures this offseason and it's not working.

It’s crazy how fans and the media are so quick to blame coaching. Kellen Moore is making roughly $2 mil. He made the decision to put it in his $51 mil QB’s hands to win the game. He hit his wide open RB who is making $13 mil right in stride who dropped the ball to win the game.

No need to get into the resources spent on the guys paid to rush the passer.

But yeah let’s blame coaching.

Lurie isn't getting much of the blame he deserves today. He seems to like Vic's system. He brought Nick back and chose to waste another year.

Dotson has two targets through two games.

Another famous Howie trade! :groovy:

Qb1 is ass

Jordan Davis is a JAG

Huff and Sweat are trash

Vic is a joke

I'll be curious to see how far Lurie lets this go on for, especially if they start 1-3. In the grand scheme of things, Sirianni brings little to nothing to this team. So if he's fired, it doesn't change play-calling. Moore runs the offense and Fangio the defense.

And what is the variable between success and going from top 5 to 146?

I don’t get blaming Howie for the Dotson trade in week 2. Howie isn’t behind center, it’s not his fault he’s had 2 targets. Jalen locked into Smith and for some reason Covey all night. Will have to look back at the game but I’m sure Dotson had to be open at some points last night.

Ugh. I still can't believe they threw it

Didn't watch any of the PC's. Did Nick take the blame for throwing it instead of running?

Every single DL not named Thomas Booker struggling is a tell for me that there's a coaching issue.

Just saying Calcaterra is going to set a career high this year. He already has 3 receptions. Just needs 3 more to set his new career high for a season.

One other side note, this offense is crap without AJ...this isn't a slight (no pun intended) on Smith.

You can't pay your QB $250 million and have the offense go to crap any time one of his receivers goes down. The same thing happened last year when he missed the playoff game and my guess is he'll be out until after the bye. Hurts will always be dependent on the talent around him, as most quarterbacks are. But even without AJ, there is more than enough talent for the offense to not look as chaotic and out-of-sync like it did last night. Sam Darnold carved up San Francisco with Jefferson and Hockenson out. Did they run one RPO where they didn't have an ineligible man downfield? I remember three of those off the top of my head. I have no idea what is going on there. Hurts definitely needs to be more decisive when he pulls it, but even on the Covey screen which was a good gain, he threw it quick and Jurgens was still downfield too far.

This team is just so poorly coached.

Milton Williams played very well. They should start him over that giant pile of sheet Davis

I still think Lurie would just ride it out. Nick doesn't seem like a jerk and I Lurie is pretty coach friendly.

But, what is interesting to me is if they do start 1-3, does Nick just idly stand around and continue to play cheerleader? He's got to know his job is on the line and things are crumbling. With this current setup I think we'll see more conflict between Sirianni and Moore that maybe it would make sense to just move on and go with Moore.

Ojomo has played well in limited snaps IMO.

Milton should be our starting LDE on base-downs.

The Pete Caroll tree did this for years.

No play Slay needs to get lost too. Start Ringo over him. They should've never extended him

So RUN the ball to the outside so it eats clock even if you don't get the 1st down.

So he didn't trust his Oline when they've been doing well to open up holes for Barkley. Understood

When can we let his guy go again?

Agreed. He had a good game week 1
