So Reddick is holding out and Johnson is out for the year with an injury. Yet the Jets somehow still manage to get 7 sacks tonight with all but 1 of them coming from the DL. When are people going to wake up and realize that the issue is far more about coaching than it is about the players. Vic Fangio's scheme is a joke that the league caught up with. You can't win in today's league without mixing things up and bringing pressure to get QB's off their mark and thinking about whether they will get hit in the mouth. This passive sit back and limit explosive plays nonsense got figured out a long time ago.

Oh no, hope one of the other safeties can step up to get royally toasted for a long TD on Sunday.

Fair point but he’s still our best safety despite his struggles in tackling. He made a huge play on Monday night that should have given us the game.

Wonder if dejawn might get some more snaps

Would you move Maddox to S or would you put DeJean in at S?

Good question, maddox has sucked so far so i'd probably move him

I’d actually be tempted to either… Move Mitchell to the slot, bring in Rodgers and then DeJean at S. That said I recognise that is a lot of changes but then given how the game ended on Monday maybe lots of changes isn’t a bad idea?

I'm starting to have flashbacks of RG3 and his stupid slogans.  All that's left is for him to trademark them.

Lol. You think Hurts isn't egotistical enough to have done that already?

Ugh, I think I suppressed that memory.

Gerben Intellectual Property lists "Rare-air,” along with previous trademark filings by Hurts with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office of "Hurts so good,” "I had a purpose before anyone had an opinion,” "Breedof1″ and "Purpose before opinion,” as pending applications for Hurts.

It's baffling why the Eagles love it so much. They've been trying to run the Fangio defense for years and finally got their man this year. I'm so confused from their obsession with it.

Move Mitchell to the slot? If he is a stud, you don't move them around. Continue to let him get game experience

6ers just extended Embiid for 3/193.

Im sure he will be great for them then...

The Eagles need more snaps from Davis and Booker and the offense should flow through Barkley. Sirianni and Hurts need to be better at and more aware of situational football. The defense is still working through some things and may need to simplify. I'm willing to give them until the browns game before giving up on them.

DeJean should stay in the slot and slide Maddox to safety. Q stays on the outside and they should keep a short leash on Slay.

Rhamondre Stevenson picked me up 0.30 fantasy points last night... Pretty solid for one of my starting RB's

DeJean hasn’t taken any snaps as a safety since entering college so that wouldn’t make much sense to me. He needs to learn the position at this level.

DeJean is not going to start until after the bye, he missed most of TC and is just learning NCB. He won't play safety until next season at the earliest.

Brown is back after the bye.

Maddox or McCollum, I might start with McCollum b/c Saints might overpower Maddox on run downs. Bring him in for passing situations.

McCollum has safety size, very good athlete, small college S who "red shirted" last season.

The Patriots are really bad, won't read too much into this.

Small samples early in the season are often misleading.

His defense was good 5-10 years ago.

He also had guys like Justin and Aldon Smith and Bowman and Willis at LB.  In Denver he had one of the best pass rushers ever in Von Miller.

He needs to get creative and find ways to get pressure.

Would like to see the offensive gameplan to be all about long, time-consuming drives. Keep the NO offense off the field, and more importantly, keep the Philly D on the sidelines.

I don’t disagree but you have to go with your best line up? And right now based on how he’s played Maddox is not playing well.

Completely fair so you’d move Maddox to Safety and bring DeJean in to the slot?
