I almost made a post this week about how I couldn't remember the last time the Eagles played complimentary football.

Quit giving Hurts the option to keep….he can’t help himself.

You can blame both you want but at the end of the day you would have tied the game if you throw that ball where only Smith has a chance he hung it there and the badger made a play on it 

Pickett isn't the answer, obviously, but what does Hurts offer that's that much better?

Scoring? No.

Turnovers? No.

Making the correct read on RPOs? No.

Guy has more talent than anyone in the league around him on offense and still can't get it done.

Hurts is exactly who some of us said he was FIVE years ago.

The draft pick sucked then. It sucks now. The experiment failed.

Time to move on.

Hurts has been a bad QB for over a year now and really, a bad QB for 3 out of 4 years. This season off to a bad start and as each game like this goes by I’m starting to believe very strongly he’s not the guy.

He never checks down. Thats why our RB’s never catch passes. Wasted a pick trading for Dotson too, he doesn’t even look at him.

No one here knows whether he made the right read and throw.  Maybe he should have done more to look off the safety or maybe he threw to the wrong spot.  It's also possible Devonta didn't run the route correctly.  Mathieu was waiting for the throw.
