I had a stomach bug about 2 weeks ago and that is exactly how I looked. I could barely walk from the bed to the bathroom

Could be concussion.   Could be fever related if as he started to dehydrate his fever spiked.   Seemed ok 'physically', so its either a concussion or a fever, IMO.
