Hurts needs to stop the turnovers.  I'm OK with his play as a QB.  He just has to stop turning the ball over.  I am not sure what to think of the INT but he made the throw and deserves the blame.

The int not so much - if that was AJ Brown running that route, it would have been a TD

The fumble was 100% on him - no reason he should be fumbling like that at this point in his career

He also had a horrible series under throwing Smith (likely TD)

And then blowing an easy first down throw on a screen

Other than that, he made plays when it counted - throw to Goedert was spot on

I still don’t really know what Nick’s job is but I’m assuming a big part of it is making crucial, game-altering decisions such as when to go for it on 4th, when to take points, etc. And he is wrong every, single, freaking time. It’s just incredible. They won in spite of him today. Was glad to see the defense come to life and Goedert ball out.

And the HC needs to not play stupid with the important decisions.

Down your top WR, down your RG and RT... you take POINTS when they are available.  You don't ignore them trying to stay aggressive.

Too many stupid penalties.  Blocked punt.  Turnovers - INT, fumble and multiple turnover on downs... oh, and the missed 60 yard FG!    How many horrible things did this team manage to overcome?  This team has too much talent.  And the coaches need to be called to the carpet about this game and the last one.  No excuse for the horrific coaching job today.

Damn her forehead has turned into a fivehead.

They should be 3-0 and it shouldn’t be this hard. I don’t care.

Reed Blankenship is good, you guys.

He’s not a balanced safety.  When you control his usage and matchups to what he does well, he looks kind of awesome.  When he gets caught doing what he doesn’t do well, you wonder why he starts.

Physical, great in the box against the run, A+ instincts…incredibly decisive and pretty explosive moving upfield from center field against both the pass (int machine doing this) and the run (heat seeking missile).

But he’s a liability turning his hips and trying to cover someone.

Hopefully this is a turning point for the defense.

If they had done this last week we'd be 3-0.

My game breakdown:

There’s tough wins and then there’s IDK wtf just happened.  Nothing has changed.  Siri is lost as a HC, Hurts sucks, most of the UGA players are terrible.

Hurts has to get credit for that drive and for throwing over 300 yards, despite the turnovers.

If fans are going to criticize him, they also have to give credit. A game winning drive.

This was such a weird game and roller coaster.

I honestly don't know what type of team this is going into next week. They could crap the bed or dominate or get another ugly win. You never know, until we see some consistency.

I'll lean ugly win.   I don't think this team has the discipline to get a dominant win.

He’s far from perfect but he’s the only guy in the secondary who makes big plays when they need and gets turnovers. He’s very valuable and shows up when it matters.

On paper...

But dude, the Saints ran into each other and Hurts threw it about 5 yards. Throw in some of text here - that was 60% Saints F up, 35% Goedert, 5% Hurts

Man Saquan is a high class dude. I know he likely was with the Giants too, but I can't compliment a Giant.

Jalen Carter, just get out of there with the win. Don't get cocky in a 3 point win.

After the hit on Smitty and blocking Slay out of bounds, I’ll allow it. F the Saints.

I Fing hate the Saints so I'm just glad they were able to beat them.

If I'm being honest I think this team has a major QB and coach problem that has a good chance to totally derail the season, but I'll save those sentiments for later on in the week.(By later in thw week I mean tomorrow).

I’ve made it clear that I’m not a fan of the guy, but Slay still has it. Yes, he got beat on the TD last week but he’s off to a very good start overall. They missed him when he got cheap-shotted today. Overall he’s been lock down.

We’ll see.  Should be that much better when AJ Brown returns.

We really don’t though, they won despite his play.  This is a perfect example of empty stats making him look good.  He was abysmal.

Insane that he had no carries in the first half

He really is.  All class - remains humble yet is a super star on the field
