Siri in his PC was talking about him and the players being aware of media and fan criticism, and said (paraphrase) something like people not being with us when we're down and doubt us then they show up. He talked about it being a great bounce back after last week, NO being a tough and loud place to play. He was cocky and seems to have a chip on his shoulder about the criticism, which he deserves and needs to make better decisions.

He also quoted his son's baseball coach about not giving up. Maybe his son's tee ball coach would know to kick FGs and take the points.

There’s nothing bitter about a W. Sirianni isn’t the enemy. Whose side are you on?

We won that game despite siranni’s terrible decision making

My only hope for them long term this season is that they end up realizing that Saquon is their best player on the field. This should be his offense and Hurts needs to be relegated to a game manager who can use his legs and make basic throws on his first read. At least until he can get the turnovers under control, if he’s even able to do it. I get you paid him $250 million but he’s not Mahomes or Allen. That’s not the end of the world and you can still win with him, but they have to admit that he’s just not that guy.

100%. Less is more with Hurts, unfortunately. Ask him to do less. He does have strengths though, and we have to play to them. Everything will open up with the running game going.

Did they give an update on slay’s injury? Looked like his knee and he was limping pretty bad. And I’d kind of be surprised if we saw him this upcoming week.

Wow Dak was close to a safety and then threw it to a OL

He's becoming an unlikable SOB

Safety

Game ball to Stoutland. Steen and Johnson were SO ready!

BTW, I only missed on my prediction by 42 points. Lost by a whisker.

Give Johnson and steen credit. They looked solid out there. They really weren’t the issue. With Lane having a concussion and becton dealing with a hand might not see either until after the week 5 bye.

As usual, he made a series of terrible decisions. The team won in spite of him.

They screwed Baltimore there

They weren't Becton/Lane, but they weren't much worse!

Stoutland deserves HOF consideration.

Sirianni out here like…. GO FOR IT

So let me get this straight ...

dallas just created the blueprint for the new intentional grounding. Just throw it to a lineman and see if they accept the illegal touch penalty and replay the down or decline it and take the position. Terrible rule interpretation by the officials.

The team never quit and rewarded the coach that trusted them to make plays.

As long as all the WRs have 2 operable legs then I think that’s a good thing

Huh?

Couldn't the refs still call grounding anyway?

Johnson and DeVonta in concussion protocol (Johnson's 4th "official" concussion).

Becton, Slay, and Covey all injured too.

Offense has a lot to work on and a lot of healing to do.

Oh boy the replies from saints fans

If that was the case, that would have been a safety.

When I was younger, I would go for it on 4th and long a lot in Madden (and convert). So many rage quits. 😂

That was a safety.  The OL catching the ball confused the officials, where it actually makes no difference.  Dak wasn’t outside the tackle box and the throw didn’t get to the LOS.  Clearly a safety.

Kind of where I am at with this team.  Either they are going to get better or they won't.  Today was a step in the right direction for the defense at least.  Maybe Sirianni and Hurts can learn from their mistakes
