Going back to last year has this teams coaching improved? It would seem as though it hasn't, though Fangio looked the part today. Is Hurts still turning the ball over more than just about everyone? Yes. Are we still taking stupid penalties? Yes.

Don't know if this has been posted, but the Johnson, Smith and sSay injuries were cheap shots.  Slay's was obvious.  Smith was going down when he took a shot to the neck area from behind.  Should have been 15.  On the first half Hurts fumble, Granderson gave a subtle head shot to Johnson on the way to tackling Hurts out of the pocket.

Didn't notice the Covey injury, but he is so small and slight that he can't be overused despite the temptations.

Dotson ran an incredible route on Goedert’s big play. He drew his defender right into the mesh allowing them to collide into each other to spring Dallas. That won’t show up in the box score, but it was one of the biggest plays of the game and he played a major role in it. They’ll love that one in the film room this week.

You're right.  I should not be happy about a win today.  I think I'll stop watching them play until Sirianni or Hurts is gone.
