Yea. And if that's what we wants to do, fine. But when 2 large men and the HC tell you to stop, you stop. It reflects poorly on Sirianni but at the same time, players pick up habits from leaders and that whole scene looked like a 2022/2023 Sirianni recreation.

I would also add there is never any benefit with getting into it with fans. Like none whatsoever. Fans are dumb, probably drunk and full of emotions. It doesn't take much to escalate when they get involved. Honestly, that's probably why all three were adamant that Carter just stop.

100%.  Sirianni modeled that behavior in years past jawing at fans and it was a bad look for this organization when he did that.  Now Carter is just doing the same thing.

It was Sirianni yelling at the fans after beating the Colts in Indy.  And then he did the same thing with KC fans last year.   Who knows how often he's done it?  We only see some of the interactions.  But, he's got to be the one to set the tone, and he did when he acted like a childish high schooler.  Bad look from the HC.   And then the player just acted in kind.  And the coaches around him couldn't get him to knock it off.   Another bad look.   It looks almost 'out of control' or 'uncontrollable'.

I'm surprised he just turned only 29 in March. Feels like he's been around forever.

You can only go in to start something like that if you feel you've got the backup from the others.   I don't think this team has a guy like that.  This team is soft.  Sorry.  That's just the reality and that's the message coming down from the top.  The constant fear of injury permeates the entire organization.

Tbh i feel like around the league it’s gotten much more soft. Watching a bunch of different games the 1st 3 weeks the two things I noticed: 1. there’s a lot of soft teams that get pushed around and just let it go. 2. the play has really been poor around the league.

id add 3. The officials have been super inconsistent. One week the chiefs get a deciding PI penalty. Then next week Pitts is mugged in the end zone and no call.

Becton was a freak thing. Looks like Johnson took friendly fire from Barkley.

Same. Looks like he was 21 when he was drafted. He hasn't really done anything for years. Only had a pro bowl and that was 2017

It wasn’t even as bad as jawing at fans - Carter was jawing at other players - which is "somewhat normal” during/after games for players.  What Sirianni has done isn’t "somewhat normal” for head coaches to do - so in my opinion even worse.

Carter was doing both.  It was shown during the game as well as his jawing across the field.

Well done friend.

I was a big pokemon nerd in the 90's, maybe even still today. Recognized their terrible costumes instantly.

I was wondering how Lane got a concussion. What happened to Becton? I can't really tell. Looked like he was just tripped up

It's really only when he started going after fans Big Dom got involved. Hurtt was lightly holding him back and laughing when it was directed at Saints players. Turning it to the fans seemed to be the big no-no.

Just fell awkwardly. He injured his finger and was shown on the sidelines being in pain. Guessing he dislocated something. You can see him grabbing at his one hand when he was down.

So basically the qb draws, wr screens and crappy 4th down plays are his.

Who knows - but we know they loved calling those plays last season

As it should be.  Nothing good comes when players and fans get into altercations.

Phillies looking to clinch tonight.  Then Magic number down to 2 for a bye I believe

Heading out to Philly on Tuesday to visit my dad.  We are going to hit Johns Roast Pork for a steak and then head to CBP for my first Phillies game there.  Looking forward to being out there for a bit.

Personally i think allowing pro athletes to occasionally beat the stuffing out of loudmouth fans would be a great idea.

Chris is missing the bigger point. If he doesn't care and doesn't think fans should care, fine. His HC cared. His position coach cared. Big Dom cared. Talk your ish but when 3 separate, high ranking coaching/FO officials are in your face telling you to stop, you stop. Find the line and learn not to cross it.

Who cares and I hope he does it next week. When you best player on the defense dominates like he did, he can show boat and talk his crap.

Yup. Angry, pissed off Jalen Carter is much better than "i have to play better" Jalen Carter.

He stayed behind his bench the entire time, making a big deal out of nothing. No wonder the team was soft last year, gotta be choir boys.
