In one of the consistently worst divisions over those years. I’m not sure why anyone thought they’d be good.

Not just that, the way their season ended last year was as bad of a choke job as the eagles did.

This is true. Just with all the injuries around the league it would be nice if we could keep the wear and tear down for when it really matters. With the 9ers pretty much done the Eagles have a shot if they can preserve some of the talent by end of year.

Joe Burrow is a gamer, amazing what hes been able to do with such a bad D year after year.

I was mostly referring to getting blown out 47-10.  That’s not easy to do in the NFL

Bad stuff happens to bad teams. Plus the early season weirdness. Saints beat the Cowboys on the road in similar fashion and then score 12 at home against one of the statically worst defenses.
