I’m not saying he’s the biggest reason. But if he can’t even cheerlead he’s literally useless.

They should've added more talent evaluators this off season, both in the scouting department plus in the higher personnel ranks. Especially with two new coordinators coming in. They did nothing and still have Dave f'n Caldwell
