He's flawed and can't fix his flaws.  The coaching problem is the lack of preparation for the team as a whole.  The team is undisciplined, unprepared and makes the same mistakes repeatedly.  Coaching is definitely a big issue.

The fundamentals are a major issue with everyone. That's a Sirianni problem. But I was talking about Moore calling a game. It's basically impossible with with Hurts.

Looks like that was really bad PI call on Adebo.

They see it and know that if any of them were making the mistakes he made and how often he makes them they wouldn’t get playing time. It’ll eventually create division and everything will torpedo. There has to be consequences for how he is playing but there won’t be. They could have made somewhat of a statement by pulling him in the 4th quarter but they didn’t. Reid did it with McNabb in 2008 and they still almost made the Super Bowl that year. Something similar needs to happen.

Those are 2 different things. 

Not saying Hurts should be the QB long-term, but when you're missing key personnel you can't get game scripted.
