Didn’t under Steichen

Ok so why has the offense looked the exact same the past two years under 2 different OCs?

Yup

How come we never see the qb coach or oc just rip into hurts? Like I'm tired of seeing him just sitting on the sidelines smiling after he made a mistake

Jayden Daniels has much better pocket presence than Hurts.

Eagles were not prepared, their tackling was comedic, Saquan with only 10 carries, and much to my previous contentions we chose wrong and overpaid another young QB.

ask the head cheerleader sirianni

Watching Nick's PC reminds me of why I don't watch them anymore

I’d argue the talent at WR today was that of 2020. The oline was likely better or equal too 2020. Rb definitely better out there. We can keep sugarcoating it or we can have the actual discussion that the amount of fumbles that Jalen hurts has and the amount turnovers is a massive problem. This is the crap people lost their mind about in 2020 with Carson wentz. Bad decisions and turnovers where he fumble at least two or three times again. That’s happening now.

The reason why they’ve been able stay in games even with the turnovers is due to the talent on the roster on offense can overcome a lot. When it doesn’t have it you get today along with a bad defense.

we are a quarter of the way through the season. the reality is he still making too many poor decisions, turning it over and fumbling it just like he was doing last year. Even with some of his great plays, the negatives are adding up and hurting them every week. That wasn’t sustainable to win a Super Bowl and be a top tier team last year. We still have 13 more games but he’s looking closer and closer to 2023 version.

That doesn’t matter if he doesn’t even care that they’re on the field.  The talent the O fielded today is light years better than 20.

Because the coordinators have been bad and the QB has been bad.

Did huff get a stat today?  Or is he still O’fer for the season after 4 full games?

I’m happy for Graham that he is still contributing significantly and hasn’t lost a step. But he has no business being the best DE on this team and I’m concerned about his usage rate.

Or maybe the QB is bad and is hamstringing the coordinators? Moore was fine in Dallas and LA, he comes here and now he's bad?

He had one solo tackle so an Eagles career game for him

I’ve held out and will still give him this entire season to see how he develops in a real offense.

But, the fact that we still aren’t sure that he’s the guy is relevant.

I haven't liked him ( as a QB ) since his days in college.   I wasn't happy they drafted him.  I thought maybe I was wrong after 2022 and he actually improved as a passer.  Today I'm doubting again.

After the bye AJ, DeVonta and Lane should all be back.  No excuses.  I want to see at least 30 points next game.

The Eagles are a .500 team with a roughly league average starting qb.  No better no worse.  They are a bit too good for sweeping changes, but not good enough for competitive optimism.

Its purgatory.

What you're describing is a top 15, but not top 5, QB.

That means if he gets hot, we can go on a run.
Also means he's not good enough to carry an average unit.

Yes

Maybe Moore wasn't fine in Dallas and they fired him for a reason and them getting better last year after he left was for a reason. And the Chargers didn't want to bring him back for a reason.

So 4,000,000 for one tackle?  Must be fing nice

Hurts had a concept of a plan to throw so let's all calm the F down, OK?

Sirianni used to his 1st year.  Steichen was also a very hard nosed coach that would rip into a player if he F'ed up.

Lurie and Howie probably told him to leave him alone.
