Today’s game is extremely relevant, because it demonstrates Hurts’ inability to solve a defensive scheme that has dominated him and shut him down for three years now.  Todd Bowles is nothing close to Belichick, Carson, Ryan, etc.

Show some pride.  Learn and master the offense.  Find some answers.  Your athletic ability will not get you through everything.

I mean they did beat the Bucs last year. But I don't see why this game is any more relevant than any game he's sucked in going back to last year. His struggles all look exactly the same. This is just the latest one in a long line.

That's "I didn't know games could end in a tie" type ignorance. That's just bad.

I’ll never understand the athlete response of "I didn’t know that was a rule” when the majority of fans know the rule.

McNabb saying he didn't know a game could end in a tie was magical

Sirianni clearly still has a large influence on the offensive play calling.  I refuse to believe Moore is this bad after having top 5 offenses with the cowboys and chargers.  Sirianni and Hurts need to go

Season already feels over and it’s only 4 weeks in.

Feel like he was never dragged enough for that tbh

At what point do you just deactivate Huff for a game? I’d give him one last chance to use the bye to self scout and show something against the Browns. If he doesn’t, he’s a healthy scratch the next week. This is beyond coaching now and the defense is at a disadvantage every snap he takes.

but but I thought he was supposed to double his sack output with increased snaps because that's how logic works and stuff

I wouldn’t say it’s over but they’re on the precipice of a complete implosion. My prediction for this season was that it was either going to be really good (like 12–13 wins) or really bad with no in between. Everyone coming into the season knew Nick was on the hot seat and that’s not a great place to be. And if they lose two straight I think the wheels will come off like it did last year. This team is not good at fighting through adversity and correcting their flaws. And if the defense keeps this up the players will turn on Fangio like they did last year in Miami.

It’s going to be so embarrassing when we get smacked by Washington.  They’re much more evolved as an offense than the Eagles, and their QB has been in the league for less than a month.

This game was a nightmare ..  already had guys down then more started dropping like flies due to the 108 degrees on field heat. Plus, this team without Lane is putrid let alone multiple guys looking like they had heat strokes. Still pretty cool that we have a RB that can take it 60 at anytime though. They have some work to do during the bye that's for sure.

If they haven’t already.

Unfortunately, I think J.Daniels is the real deal.

Barkley was the only bright spot today. And yet they constantly call pass after pass after pass.

It’s still early on. Once they have film on him and learn how to stop him we’ll see. It’s only four games.

It seemed like Fangio went back to light DL and off coverage.  I didn't watch 100% of the game thankfully.

I also lost count of how many of Hurts' passes had absolutely no remote chance of being completed.  It's crazy how many plays we piss away like that, I've never seen a QB throw away so many passes while still turning the ball over

Redzone turnovers and the fumbles are the worst. I can live with an occasional pick provided that there's some great playmaking in there to offset it. That's not going to happen without AJ and Smitty

Unfortunately can't spam the runs this early in the season to one guy or theyre toast for end of year an post season. I wouldn't mind seeing more Shipley touches though.

Washington will win the division fairly easily.  Daniels is incredible

Seems bad.

Talent-wise the Eagles should still win this division comfortably if you evaluate the rosters. If they don't then Jeff Lurie really needs to think long and hard about sweeping organizational changes. All the way up to Howie and everything else. This division is really bad and there's no excuse for the team to be performing this way. Lurie should be pretty embarrassed by how things have started.

We're one Saquon drop away from being tied with them :(

Why pay Slay and draft Mitchell in the first round if you don’t trust them to press at any point?

Go Fangio go

Seems like that's going downhill already. He's slower

Shipley needs more touches. Gainwell contributes nothing and Shipley was a third round pick. Give him a chance when Barkley needs a break.

Fangio has been bad too. The defense should not be this bad. The raiders today are missing Crosby and have found a way to get consistent pressure on Watson. We’ll see if the Eagles do the same in two weeks. And if you wanna argue guys are underperforming that’s not in Fangio, that’s partly true, but it’s also his job to motivate them and get the most out of them. Huff being really good last year, coming here, and not being able to do anything should be a sign something isn’t right.
